okay, Steph, I'm in your corner now, I have NO CLUE what tim and lisa are talking about. Constructionism, constructivism, whatever. I was actually addressing Lisa with the word thing because she said word and not expression and then she said expression and then I got confused.
damn it! didn't you read my post that I'll only eat candy that I'm pelted with? geez. be more considerate next time.
mmm....pita.
you can say ass and not use dollar signs, especially you miss "words don't mean anything". though it does make your post look like a rapper wrote it. word, homey.
This particular year was unique in that we all (for the most part) knew the park sooo early. We may not get that lucky next year to be planning 'sleepovers'. The clue writer may have just eased up this year only to lay it on us hard next year. KaBoom! stragety
Ok.. so in the good news department, Thomas had his conference the other night. He's doing great with everything.
He's reading above average for kids his age. According to the teacher he's not only the most well behaved kid in the class but the most popular. Seems everyone in his class wants to play with him and is always talking with him about stuff.
This coming from the shyest person I've ever met in my life :)
Makes us pround to know that just when you think your kids is having issues he ends up doing just fine on his own.
Better then I was doing at his age, thats for sure.
We were telling him how proud we were and he was like "For what?"
Then were trying to see if the teacher was making this popular thing out to be more then it really was.
But according to Thomas it sounds like the kid has to fight for alone time lol.
Of course you try to get him to talk to someone new and he hides in the corner.... I think he does better on his own when he's not feeling like he has to perform to expectations.
well yeah even after just seeing me a few nights he opened up and still wasn't as outgoing as joey obviously but was a lot less shy. I could see him being very popular in a classroom setting where he knows everyone.
I'd say from my experience Joey has more hunting potential just because he didn't have school this year and he told me it was going to be under a stump (he thought all branches and logs were stumps), and he lead me to a particular grouping that was good. Are you sure Joey has to go to school next year?
PITA makes sense to me, only because I have 2 of them here at home:)
I haven't slogged, but if G is Cleopatra then I am Isis.

I'm friends with the most popular kid in class!?!?!?! That's pretty cool!
But seriously, give him my congradulations on doing such a good job.
We were telling him how proud we were and he was like "For what?"
Then were trying to see if the teacher was making this popular thing out to be more then it really was.

Isn't it fun to be a proud papa!!!!

Good job, Thomas!

Yeah Joey will talk to anyone.
Thomas has a stong point of being logical about things. He's a smart kid and doesn't follow the crowd. Tends to be a bit of a leader.
Scary considering he's 6 lol.
Ok Ok now I'm just pumping him up :) I'll "shad up" now

good news (for hunt time)Â Kindergarten here is only 2 1/2 hours a day....so he will have plenty of hunting time!!
