I mean.. that is just downright uncool if you were being serious cause you were making implications that Jake (and nobody else really)Â would want to rip your book off and you were saying that Jake isn't deserving of the prize (showing inequality in something that should be fair). Jake has donated a lot of stuff for hunts and I have never seen anyone reject his money... why don't you if you want to make a point??
I don't think I still would have posting duties if I donated something to me2's hunt and told her to burn it if you found the medallion... even if I was partially kidding... just something to keep in mind. Agreed. It still feels like sometimes Reg is trying to patch up was Jake has done. You don't have to do that. If Jake want's to be civil and everything than he can do it on his own. Nobody lumps you and Jake together Reg, so don't feel like you have to defend him.
I just have to add my .2 cents to this saga... This weekend ESD had to write a fable about something so he chose to base it off of those old books we used to read as kids where you have to choose the path your character goes down in it's journey, where each path either brings you to good or evil. I'm sure all of you remember those books, or have at least heard about them. Of course you all know about his creation of Cooler Kid so naturally he combined the two of them. 'Nuf said...
Now if someone is feeling 'guilty' or feels that it resembles their life maybe it's something they have to personally deal with. Waking up to reallity sucks! Especially when a classic good vs evil story makes them think it's about them.
The characters in the story (Stryder & Oscar) were originally Koda & Jake - named after a couple of our dogs. But upon reading it realized that "Jake" might be confused with the Medallionator Jake, so we changed it to names that nobody on this board would have.

Was great, had a lot of fun, even though I still can't bowl a good game to save my life. Lotta people, talking, even had enough cooler crew there to discuss Me2's hunt. Oh and muckluck brought the medallion with her, I got to see it :)

Thanks Reg, I was glad to get it at a KB event. I'm still not quite up there with the insane geocachers with the thousand finds, but perhaps I'll get there someday. I still like to say every one of those 300 was a memorable one, and got me to a park or something neat and interesting.
KB really has gone to great lengths placing all those caches out there. Still is a great way to get to know the parks, even if none of the rest of you go hog wild and get tons of finds, give a couple a try sometime, you might just find a great spot you never knew existed, or at the very least, you'll know your parks much better for the Medallion Hunt.
My offer's still open, even if you don't have a gps and want to give a cache a try sometime, let me know, I'd be more than happy to meet up and show ya how geocaching works.

I semi-started (how's that for a word?) that project a few times, and have lost every damn one of them. I'll create a thread in geocaching, where we can log them as they're done. Or did you not want them public?
I was referring to being "diguised as a dead racoon" as being inaccurate. It was "officially" a green doughnut and I do beleive that. I do think it was moved, possibly by joe racoon, and the doughnut part eaten before it was found. However my point is it should be listed as diguised as a green doghnut. As far as MPLWD or St Paul...Who knows...got a gps?

Just from Jakes past -I found ESD's comment about burning the book -funny.
Jake has made big waves with ESD and maybe vice-versa -I am not going back to read all the blows between them.
I do recall a picture of a boy peeing on ESD's name in regards to Jake soooooo, ESD can pretty much do whatever he feels fit.
