You have to smoke before a long run to open your lungs. As you have to smoke after the run to make sure they stay open :wink:
Stress was the key factor in smoking again. It never had to do with home but always my jobs!! I can not smoke at home a lot easier then at work :eyeroll:

That sounds like a dream I once had. Not the throwing up but drinking a keg of Ice House. It's an acquired taste. At least I know who I can drink beer around and not worry about any of them missing. :smile:
