Despite all her health issues, Cherrie has remained positive in her spirit and faith.
Due to Cherrie being unable to work, financial hardship has stricken the family and the medical bills are mounting. Come join us to celebrate Cherrie and raise money for her expenses.

A Comedy Central show known for skewering politicians plans to broadcast live from St. Paul during the Republican National Convention.
Jon Stewart's "The Daily Show" has agreed to broadcast from the History Theater in St. Paul, which is just blocks from the Xcel Energy Center, the site of the convention.
Howard Kessler of local music production and consulting company HK Productions pitched the idea to officials at "The Daily Show." Kessler told them to bring the whole show and not just a reporter.
The History Theater is attached to the McNally Smith College of Music, which has agreed to delay classes for a week to accomodate "The Daily Show" staff and production crew.
The Republican National Convention takes place from Sept. 1-4.
MMMikey: Are you in charge of the unmoderated thread? I was wondering why that cover page still says "Wishing You A Happy New Year"...
Sorry I missed everything this weekend. I was in the (STILL) Great White North (near Aitkin) helping paint my brother's massive remodeled farm house. His project hasn't reached 'Money Pit' status yet, but his time frame for completion started at May 1st when he began - now it's looking more like the end of June.
One really cool thing - they stripped this old, lopsided 1930's house down to the bare studs - and the re-insulated it with that spray-on expanding foam on all the exterior walls. It has ZERO drafts now, warms up with hardly any heat, and insulates sound so well you can barely hear the wind anymore. We were painting during a blizzard in t-shirts, and the loudest thing was the sticky rollers on the wall.
That Happy New Year thing is whats on the main page of this site. I have it set to show whatever the main page shows (because I don't know how to change it mostly)
Hey Z-Chick. I think you and my niece go to school together. Did you have a classmate that died a couple of months ago? If so, I'm sorry. My niece went to school with him too.
My kids keep asking if there could possibly be a kids thread in here somewhere someday. I wouldn't even know how to do that or if any other kids are interested but it would be a cool way for the "cooler kids" to get to know one another. Zeph Kid #2 likes this kind of stuff!!
I just assume that it's mostly adults reading this stuff. I guess starting up a 'Cooler Kids' Clubhouse would be a cool idea. Would we have to create a 'lockout' password for the kids to keep them out of naughty places? How would that work?
PS - Is there an HTML option for superscript text? I was thinking "ZephKid2" - with the '2' as 'squared' would look cool.
In order to set up restrictions, the folder would need to be either set up outside the Cooler or they would need their own member log-ins. Access lists would be a mess otherwise since they inherit the list from the parent folder.
The best option would be to create a Cooler Kids folder that everyone can access and each parent can add them as a separate member. That way you can set which folders they have access too. Like the Z-kids having access to Dad's folder or Alibabas having access to this discussion and the photo thread along with the kids folder. If 3M wanted his grandkids to have access to his no-mod thread, so be it.
You would need a folder host to add or remove the kid member from a particular folder/discussion thread.

He would probably be a lot cheaper then some of the acts we booked this year.... and less drama to deal with (I hate technical riders)

Hi ZephyKID #2!
PS - Is there an HTML option for superscript text? I was thinking "ZephKid2" - with the '2' as 'squared' would look cool.
could make it read only for the adults...
You would need a folder host to add or remove the kid member from a particular folder/discussion thread.
I'm always trying to find time in life to figure it out.
<edit> I just clicked on them and they arn't for blogging or a forum for chatting - its more just stuff. doesn't look good.

"kids only"...make adults be read only in that thread...
have the mods have control of editing....
and if parents want to block other thread...all they really need to do is ask...
I'm sure 3m would be more than happy to block his thread to certain "minor" account names.
