I came out with Doctor Bunsen Honeydew....didn't see that coming...I would have guessed about 15 other characters before that one....hmmm...must rethink life. :frown:
I've got a question, for anyone and everyone, including Kitch.
Perhaps I've watched "You've Got Mail" one too many times, but I finally noticed this, and its not a "goof" in the movie, but an accurate depiction of what it was like to dial up on AOL.
The mailbox icon appears on the screen, along with the words "You have mail".
The voice, however, says, "You've got mail".
This is probably common knowledge to EVERYONE and I was just the last one to notice.
Or are my recent journal article reading, report writing, and text editing activities just finally taking their toll?
Perhaps this is one of those things that only a really, really bored technical writer would notice???
2) Guy puts bathroom together next week (he says two days' work)
3) I clean and declutter for the rest of April
4) Approximately May 1, when the snow is gone and the woods are dry enough to walk the property, the for sale sign goes out
5) Market is stable here, still increasing in price, although much more slowly than recent years
6) Realtor predicts 130 days from listing to sale
7) I looked at 7 properties in Eagan when I was there in March and feel comfortable that there will be something I like equally well on the market there, once my house sells
after living in Eagan for 8 years with the EX If you would like for me to go with you on some of your house hunting Let me know ONE Big thing to rember about Eagan Is that if it wasn't a Farm field at one time it was SWAMP LAND!!! so check your maps of the Hood Your moving in to vary good!!!
Does anyone know if there's a local recycling place that purchases used toner cartridges? I have about 50 or so to get rid of, but I know there are places that will buy them (ah, good ol capitalism).
lookup "Cartridge World" on the net - we got a store in Woodbury near Target - they have something like 6 stores in the Metro - I think they can get you discounts on refills for the empties.
Also, some schools and churches take them - mainly for the same reason - to get discounts on refills.
I know the major office supply places used to give out discounts too. I'd much rather get some cash though.
I just bought a Laserjet 4 plus for use at home. Since I used to repair them for a job, and since I can find parts for them, I thought it'd make for a nice printer to have. Thing should last me for a lifetime.
How about a backyard bbq on the 17th of May?... 3pm- whenever. Huge celebration of Ares achieving his masters degree, spring and just good friends. This is a great excuse for Jason to play with his new fire pit.... so sun screen and asbestos underwear suggested. EVERYONE is invited... we hope to have a party like the neighbors haven't seen since Zephy came home. Please no graduation gifts as your presence is his present. We really hope everyone can make it out here! If you have any question about directions please egram Jason (as Sue is directionally illiterate and you may end up in North Dakota) Please let us know if you can come so we can make sure to order enough beast for the bbq and enough chocolate for the fountain

duluth storm photos...
some are cool...high waves on the lake.
I'm headed into town, despite the storm here. Looking forward to see how big the waves are here, and I've got a couple of errands to do.
If the roads aren't cleared yet, I'll just turn around and come back.
