sure dont hurt to have someone to help out when we need it. Would be nice for contact people to remind us to pitch in for flowers and collect the money and buy them/deliver them etc.
I would do it in a heartbeat if I didn't have to call another and ask and try to explain how cool it is and then get it home to have someone think it's stupid. :frown:

This sounds like an April Fools story, but its not.
From 5PM yesterday to noon today, we've been in a blizzard, including 40mph winds, 20-foot waves on Lake Superior, and the town just west of here got 25" of wet, heavy snow. My neighborhood, it is more like 15". But I had to clear out in front of my garage, where the plow never gets that close, and I had a difficult time of it.
By mid-afternoon, though, the sun was out, the big waves had broken up all the ice moguls in the bay, and the surfers were out!
For my cousin's wedding (she's like a sister to me) I got a flask for a gift for being a part of the wedding, even though I don't drink and have never drank.
For my wedding with Coco, I gave my groomsmen cuff links from Europe.
...trying to imagine OT hanging from a fire pole upside-down for six hours, just to win the right to sleep in a heart-shaped waterbed for three days...
I think the 15-16 coolerheads locked in a box for even ten days would probably be enough. By Day 15 we'd witness the first escape tunnel dug in Big Brother history! (The pool would be a bit muddy)
10. If you are selected to be interviewed, you will be given, and must complete and return (prior to the date of your personal interview in Los Angeles), a Medical History Form.
but then again they mite put me on because of my med history!!! lol!! :goofy: :goofy:
No, completely 100% cut off. Last season two of them went on "Power of 10" and Drew Carey told them he was the new host of the Price is Right. Nobody in the house believed him.
Well, if you think about how many cyber-stalkers and Net TV viewers are watching your every move - you kind of ARE the internet. Makes me feel like Al Gore... not!
did you ever see that Twilight Zone episode when the girl/guy types to the computer and the computer is always there and then the computer goes on vacation or something and sends postcards by email to the computer owner or something. hmmmm I remember the computer getting mad that the person was gone though and became evil.
my side of the party got a pen/pencil/calculator set with their initials engraved into them.
the best thing i received as a gift was at kid and coco's wedding. a pair of cuff links she brought back from italy for each of us to match the colors of the wedding.
Mama bear is having to have surgery and have her foot broken in a couple places because it's not healing right from the last surgery in December where she had her foot broken in a couple places to make it heal right.
Also, Granny Bear failed her driving eye exam for her license renewal. So...she'll most likely need to move into assisted living, probably a week before my wedding.
Pearl stud earrings for the sniper chick - about as non-threatening as it gets.
I know I made gift packs up as well, each got a nice soft blanket with our wedding colors and candles and stuff like that.
I think an hour getting a massage would be a wonderful gift
They all dont have to get the same thing - maybe just the same value

thats cool!
I can't tell if its just christmas lights under glass or what.
I'm kinda thinking it's christmas lights, but I'm not entirely sure. Let me know if ya get it.
I think it's the thought that counts. Maybe try an empty envelope and say it is full of pleasant wishes.
A gift certificate to Timberlodge or something?
