Well that sucks THX. I think it would of been pretty hard for me to control myself that long without getting an itchy trigger finger.
I had no desire to shoot anyone. I felt pretty safe as long as he was on the other side of the door. I wouldn't have even grabbed my gun but he was really trying to get in that door.

jt, every august i take a day off work and spend it at the red cross getting my cpr renewed. one of these days i may get ambitious and take the required set of courses to teach the stuff, but i'm not yet that ambitious. the first thing they always drill into our heads is to ensure that the scene is safe before doing anythingelse. as far as i'm concerned that not only means safe from fire, or building collapse, etc., but also from someone who really may be trying to hurt you in the process. incidentally, that's precisely how i have my experience with 604a.01.

Cooler Question - What determines who's in the 'Who's Here' list? Is it people within PPWC, Shoot or what? I see the same names, plus or minus a few, in every room I enter.

The weird thing is that this is exactly how all the pong games usually turned out anyway. But boy were we excited to get that first video game. An hour later we went back to racing our HotWheels.

way. several of us (me, frosti, thx, and ian to name a few) have made ourselves right at home in other member folders here. as have non cooler refugees in some of the threads here, mostly politics and that cats v. dogs debate.
I thought that whomever was listed on the side was actually in the room that you were in at the moment. That's why I figured that I'd get a bunch of help in the lyric room. Turns out I didn't really need everybody anyway since the few of you helped out big time. Way good! (old Cottage Grove accent)

Right now Yahoo weather is saying for Sturgeon Lake on Saturday a high of 57, a low of 34, and the possibility of scattered showers. If it doesn't rain, it sounds like good weather for a bonfire though not such good weather for camping overnight.
