KT... Know I'm with you. I don't know if this will help you, but it did me when I lost my mother, and I truly, truly believe it. You never ever really lose someone you love when they die, as long as you love them and carry them in your heart and memories; they're just not here with you physically. It wasn't much, but carrying that around with me really helped me when Mom died. Still helps me today. I've still 'got' her.

Also, just a note to let everyone know that my daughter is going to continue to do this after the school has finished their fundraiser. She has a few people in the neighborhood that have pledge to save cans for her to continue the project.

Mail can take between 1 1/2 weeks to a month to get here... and last week the mail truck was hijacked, so until the elections are over, I wouldn't trust too much in the mail.... (I wish I had thought of that before I asked my wife for a new camera.....)
I think what you already sent me will do... especially the pretty pink pen...
Oh, and the chocolate!! It is the only time of year we can get it here...
Well let me know when the mail starts coming through again & if it's not too hot - I will send you more chocolate - I have like 50 of those boxes here in my office...

yup, He's got the flu :( so he will be home the rest of the week, I just hope it doesn't last too long.
Gave him some Tylonol Flu when we got home, he is now sleeping sitting up with his head on the coffee table :) I suppose I should move him to a more comfortable spot, I'm just afraid I'll wake him and he won't go back to sleep.

Hi guys! I am home with a sickie too. Daycare called about noon, just to let me know she'd been kind of "blah" all morning, and while we're on the phone Natalie started barfing....the kid's got *timing*! I can't possibly think about her being home all WEEK though - no good. The daycare lady's daughter has it pretty good too, I guess....fever was 103 yesterday....she was home today too.
So we're home for a couple of hours, I suppose I'll catch up on some laundry and get something together for dinner, then I'll have to wake her up to go get the other two munchkins from the bus stop.

Hopefully I've got things set good enough that the others can handle things till I get back. That -15 day we are expecting on Thursday will cause some issues I'm sure so I'll have to be back into work on Wed night (my normal start of the week) anyways.
Nice Joe LL and that sure is a cute pix of Lil'roaster. I hope we all feel better soon. This just plain sucks. I've had a bloody nose off and on since Friday from blowing it so much. The kid just mopes around making sporadic wailing sounds every now and then. She's definitely the little drama queen. I only had Childrens Tylenol Chewables so I needed to take 6 of them. What do you guys use for cold/flu for big people that works? It's been awhile for me.
