It's time for the Medallion Hunt! The first clue will appear on PioneerPlanet just after midnight Saturday, Jan. 22. Come back here to compare notes with other treasure seekers, but be certain you read the rules on the Planet's Winter Carnival page.
Folks, I'll just toss this out - and for crying OUT LOUD!!! Don't stone me over it!!! I've never professed to be a rocket scientest, OTAY????
At BC, on the warming house door izz the letter "E" - that's the 5th (5) letter o'the 'bet...
And damn near directly across from that on Winthrop izz #54 - (5, 4), and just to muddy things up even more, that adds up to 9. The school izz bearing down on the
goal (goal) post o' the outdoor hockey rink, and the basketball court (9, again) izz rite there.
Yust thought I'd mention all that since (well, I've *not* read the last damn near 450 messages...) ittiz not been mentioned bee4...
All the clues add up, but this last one, unless I'm like (as usual!!!) totally clueless and in the dark!!!
I'll let you know Radar...as soon as the next clue comes out and gets noodled. If I were to choose right now, I'd head for the capitol mall, but as the old saying
goes....I have the perogative to change my mind. LOL!!!!!!
We just got back from Newell and Merriam. Newell is ajoke. No way. Merriam is getting dug up good. Still can't figure out the trees in a line connected to there.
I visited damn near every park in the city today and can stretch the clues to fit almost every single one. Iconoclast is the key, but how? Is it a park that has not been
used before (i.e. Marriam or Conway), is it a park with a new activity (i.e. BC), is it a new way to decipher the clues (i.e. anagrams will be misleading/useless), or
could it be that it is not buried in the snow (i.e. attached to a tree or sign). The only parks I have ruled out are Newell, Como, and Phalen unless one of the next clues
sends me back.
I do know that this is the most confused I have ever been this far in.

I don't know, but my friend has been saying it is at BC since the last time it was there.
Hi, good lookers. I drove by Central Park tonight and only a few people were there.
We just got back from Newell and Merriam. Newell is ajoke. No way. Merriam is getting dug up good. Still can't figure out the trees in a line connected to there.
Any thoughts we may have missed?
Central Park? In Roseville!?!?!?!?!
AT BC TODAY NOT MANY DIGGERS,WHAT ABOUT MER STILL SOUNDING GOOD

Mushie... Still think it's BC or HP... not a small park never before tried... but that is my opinion!!!!
Izz there a Woodrow street sumplace????
is battle creek where devil's den is located?
There was discussion last night that devil's den is in one corner of Newell.
Devils Den is in Newell park.
ok radar...good luck to ya...but I dont agree... :)
BC is in my top 5!
Green - Not a Woodrow to my knowledge, but there is a Wilson on the East Side that runs into the Conway park that people have mentioned.
Yes there is a Woodrow street Some where.... Green>>

why were people talking about Devil's Den last night?
I think it was in relation to the ultimate iconoclast - the devil.
Newell is my hunch still. not many people there , but so many clues fit there.
WHO THINKS ITS AT *BATTLE* *CREEK*IF U THINK ITS THERE SAY YES*********IF U THINK NOT SAY NO****
Someone mentioned that Iconoclast can also mean Devil... and Tome can also mean pitchfork... dunno
Don't even get me started in on that agian...
YES......er maybe
(Deleted item originally posted by Park Digger on 09:54pm Jan 30, 1999 CST)
Phillip, I think the pea-brain was thinking o'trident when s/he said "tome" for a pitchfork... (sigh)
Just went by conway, and its packed out there
No from me Chris.......... Hey medallionhound you still there??
No
where is Conway??
Yesterday most folks were big on Highland. Any reasons for the shift away?
