Yes, the medallion has been found, but there's still lots to talk about. Feel the need for more than virtual discussion? Then join the Re-Hash Bash, Sunday, Jan. 27, at noon at Merriam Park in St. Paul.

hmmmm....that puts a damper (a very small one) on things.
ok i'm heading off for sure right now. i'm getting my caffeine withdrawl headache far too early (or is it late?) and i'm not about to down another coke.
I think people tend to think they know where to go, though I can't say I've ever seen anyone get the paper, rush to the park, run to a specific spot, and beat everyone else out of getting the Medallion. I think it's more just the excitement of the hunt getting to them than it actually being a race.
And TMK, according to the Guide there is playground equipment, though it sounds like it may be across the street or something in what is technically another park. But hmmmmm, one is a park and one is a rec center...
Im almost sorry I asked now. On a more positve note i drove to several parks this afternoon and i font think i say more than two people any where looking for the med.
I think they just wanted something to rhyme with rec.
I got to Merriam around 6:30 and no one else was there, but as the evening wore on I ended up seeing several of the regula hunters there. The film crew got a report though that there were a ton of people at Battle Creek.
The way the clue writer inks this clue, it is as almost as he/she wants the treasure seekers to see this "odd" n between the park and rec. And why put in wreck? To me, it sounds like there is a junk yard nearby. Some how I feel that one or more words may interlock into some of the other clues previously mentioned somehow. Only not as obvious as that BC disaster a few years ago. Study up on your english and grammer I tend to believe this is the key to open the lock. (ans, syns, etc.)
Sup yall...im back...me and Shaggs went and checked out Duluth and Case, since its in our hood n stuff..We were anticipating that there wouldnt be a large amount of ninjas there, so we didnt even bother with the paint...we just wore ninja masks...
I just had the funniest idea and i'm going to share it....i just had the WIERDEST thought go through my head for clue #3
I was thinking about hunter's pride...what would show your pride mean?
...wearing your winter carnival button??
Then i thought about the one i got..the one with those three kids on the sled....then I thought of Time and Tide as washing clothes...and the kids are having fun sledding!
So if you show your pride...you may trip over the goods! The puck is taped to the "O'Brien Boys Tobaggan of Doom Button!!!"
HAHAHA...now you all know the crap i think about when i'm tired and reading these clues!! Night all.
Just got back from scouting and I'm more confused than ever! I've been to almost every rec center in the book. You can fit every place with the clues. If you don't see a tower you see an airport, etc... etc.... I'm starting to go crazy!
Im down with DC, its a happenin park...ive been down with that place since i was a little kid....something about it seems kinda weird though...i was likin the idea of it being there ya know...."the feeling"...but when we got there...i just didnt know.
No rhyme or reason for word play ie; wreck, trek, and so..... think of each line of the 4 clues and make them fit into other parts of other clues. Somehow I have a feeling they are all meant to fit in. On a less serious insight, woudlnt it be keen if the med was found inside a crushed Pabst blue ribbon beer can? afterall, the hunters pride is; "patriotism" :)
yeah...the biggest one thats there, is on the south part of the park...right off one of the baseball fields...the woods start on top of it..i used to sled there, when i was a little ninja, back in the day.
hmmmm....that puts a damper (a very small one) on things.
well i'd say it just puts the construction zone off limits, not necessarily the whole rec centre.
all parks will fit execept ones with out parking lots gee allision wher u coming from conway will fit gee your a joke are u a press schill
I think the 1st 2 lines of clue 4 is a basketball court reference...
"Hey, hey," you say, "We're game to play But give us a tip -- be fair!"
We'll play, but it's not fair if you don't tip the ball off.
and AIR Jordan is in the air....and on the air all the time.
Ares I was there at lunch time.
this is true, step.
all i did was a drive-through, snow-mommy. no actual digging or looking and such.
Anyone here that got a paper from PP tonight?
ok i'm heading off for sure right now. i'm getting my caffeine withdrawl headache far too early (or is it late?) and i'm not about to down another coke.
there were a bunch of us who got one, jmm. why?
Good night everyone...SCD's
I got a paper at the PP. Why?
Cause everyone was yelling lets roll and speeding off, just wondering where everyone went?
Allison, is there space for tiny tots to play at Belvedere? I'm assuming they mean playground for this clue....
Whats up with the wreath hanging in a tree in the park of Prior street?

I heard it was a memorial to some woman but that was about it.
OK...why the hell do they say "wreck" intead of car??? Do they assume everyone drives a piece of sh!t??? It has to mean something.
and the line sounds dumb as hell like that

went to BC "regional park" and there was not a soul there but me.
it doesn't RHYME with rec...it's the same word!! in the same line.
come on !!!
Hmmmm, I think Linwood is still a good possibility.

Do ya think they'd have the foresight to stash it in a shady spot or north facing hill given this year's climate?
There are two park signs that actually read "Conway Heights Park and Rec" "Frost Lake Park and Rec"
Does anyone know if there are others that read that same way?
GIVE IT UP ALLISON JACK TOLD ME ALL ABOUT YOU!!! GIVE IT UP...
Sup yall...im back...me and Shaggs went and checked out Duluth and Case, since its in our hood n stuff..We were anticipating that there wouldnt be a large amount of ninjas there, so we didnt even bother with the paint...we just wore ninja masks...
I like the two park theory -one park and one rec w/ same name.
Two that come to mind are Rice Park and Rice Rec, and McDonough Park and McDonough Rec, although I like Phalen better.
Allison-don't forget about D&C! :)
I just had the funniest idea and i'm going to share it....i just had the WIERDEST thought go through my head for clue #3

Hey Ninjas! Was at D&C today what did you think? Clues seem to fit pretty well (as well as any)
ha , ah ha

It still bothers me that the hills of Duluth and Case aren't actually in the park.
What do you mean their not in the park?
ask allison hehehe gee LOL
They're not very big, but I think are in the park

Kitty- I feel the same way:) Patience will reveal all!
its been crushed in a can before, i think it was coke though
Jake Inge has entered the building, and is "clueless" as to the medallion's location.
Pepsi is red, white and blue.
hey allison jack said you get some good money for throwing people off on the net is this true, or does jack no shit LOL ???????????
I thought you told me earlier Marley that they were across the street from the park?
