Okay...so I get into bed and then remembered something that I thought I would share here if it helps with any noodling.
Jimmy Lee is expanding from what I understand. Homes along Marshall Ave are being moved within the next several months to make room for that expansion. I heard that from someone who lives there and verified by an Excel workman who was there turning off the gas to one of the homes in preparation for the house move later.
Well it has to be at a big park....last year they used the exact words "lots of space" and it was at Como so they aren't going to say "lots of space" and have it be at some rinky dink rec center....
So Phalen and BC are our choices....in my opinion.
Sometimes in the past, when something was in the process of or there were plans in the works to upgrade, the medallion was hidden there. That's the only reason I mention Jimmy Lee. I haven't had time to figure if any of the other clues fit there.
