being a kid growing up related to so many saint paul cops responding to calls all the time,, a great leap (for suciders) is the high bridge. (course, they get stuck on the river bed and drowned down thier). so, no thoughts on the idea if that could mean marrion again.. it was o2,, and then it would be again in 03.. and saint paul took over the city of merrian park
