My son calls me on his cell phone from his truck, steers with his knee and looks up adresses in his Street map book; he has not seen alot of people in any one park so far.
"Bout 10:30ish. THX and I promised the boys we'd bring them down tonight. It's a school night but they are with their dad this weekend and are afraid they'll miss out on their hunting!
someone said they won't open the doors till 11:30 tonight cuz of the luau thingy, is this true? and If I want a close parking spot what time do I want to get there?
I ran into RV-man in Cherokee today! I almost didn't recognize him without his RV! He was mad at us because he too was at McGoverns on Saturday! He went upstairs and the waitress told him we were downsatirs. The poor guy spent the whole night watching the hockey game on the main floor and wondering where we were!
ok, goin to get the hubbies kids, they don't have school tomorrow so we are picking them up a day early so they can babysit tonight and novacain can come with me. :)
I also met a hunter named Bernie. He has been hunting since the fifties. In 1958 there was a clue about a plug nickel and that was when the med was in a treasure chest. Bernie was just 17 and sat down on a log to take a break from digging. A man walked up to him and said "Son, would you mind standing up for a minute?" Bernie stood up and the man picked up the log he was sittin on and shook it, sure enough it was hollowed out and had a plug at the end!
I'm clueless. Even last year with the lame clues I suspected Mirriam by this time, and had driven by it a couple of times. This year I feel totally stumped. I bet those clue writers over at PP are enjoying a couple of cigars over our cluelessness. Anybody have any solid ideas out there???
Anyone know about the small park by the st.paul vo-tech between John Ireland blvd and summit ave and old kellogg blvd? It has a huge monument in it, that is about it. Very close to Cathedreal
Well that depends on your theory on how they hid it this year. It is possible they just threw it out there waitin for anybody to stumble upon it. They could have hidden it in frozen something or other, coulda put it on the ground and froze it to the ground with hot water...I wish I knew!
Dal! My skating lesson ran late and I just missed you!! Dag Nabbit!

Scribe: would there be any place there to hide the "puck"?
