and that just means OTIS is due!!!
...otis buddy old pal
congrats everyone! this was a good hunt! wish i would've had more time to obsess over it!
and who suggested they promote this....I like the small hunt...heh
but im not going to be celebrating it this next year...
It'll just be another day.
this last one was really good, but alot of things went downhill in the months following...so much so, that I see no reason to celebrate, by having a party to honor what will probably be another crap filled year for myself.
I'm amazed at us....that was incrediable!!!
March 8th is the best!!!
It is also my understanding that if your birthday is not in March most other Coolers are in May!
j/k! :goofy:
:pbpt:
Couldn't have come at a better time.
Not that anyone else's won't go for a good cause either...beer and queensryche tickets for everyone, right Cluey?
It made a word of diffrence.
I was happy for everyone that found or got in are a find. We as a crew were rocking on this hunt.
Looks like we'll have a new addiction besides the WC. At least I will.
Brad, thanks for sharing the info on this hunt. This last week has been a blast. My oldest even talked his way out of school today because he wanted to hunt too.
I learned a LOT about history, using the library to look stuff up, constructing arguments, handling objections, geography, and a love of hometown. That offer was a great learning tool for me.
Just a thougnt, you'ure probably doing it already.
Across the board, hunts like this and the WC do alot for personal growth.
You guys thought we had it rough waiting a couple minutes for the next clue.
We're all in serious trouble.
Kitch has had us watching small cities for the little hunts. So we take them one at a time. But with this kinda hunt we're going to have to learn and retain tons of info from the ENTIRE twin cities metro.
OMG
The only beef I had was there was really no way to find the book before today. But the book wasn't necessary to find the mouse, I should have found the mouse yesterday.
But remember one thing Timmers - The mouse wasn't necessary to be asked for a password either. I talked with every worker in the place on 3rd floor but only the front desk people on 2nd floor. There were only two people I didn't talk with. Hummmm. :eyeroll:
PS - I'll call ya later tomorrow.
Had I had the time/energy/motivation to do this hunt, I mighta actually found a mouse, well, that is if I could get to an area before the rest of you did (hard to do when I'm on my own mostly).
Not this time around RB
I'm giving the kid the 1,000 for her account and gave the 334 to the wife for noodling the library clue.
I came away with one kick ass memory of a hunt and a good number of long days with great weather in beautiful parks that I've never really been in before.
Aero and Lenny will rock tho
ate dinner out two nights in a row
the rest hopefully won't be spent before looking for a car!
huh?? where's the clues???
sounds like a good hunt!!!
During the rapid-fire posting, I missed posts between when I posted. Is there something I need to set, or re-set, so that newest, un-read posts show?
Probably doesn't make sense, it's Monday.
we love you, uncle redbear!
I'm hoping we didn't shoot ourselves in the foot.
I've found google listings for Minbin where we are bragging about cleaning house on them....
