the bags are made from recycled paper already tho - so the trees been dead and served it's purpose, I'm just re-using it.

plastic suxs.

so, twice dead tree, it was killed once. That's bad enough for some environmentalists, heh.

yes, but we can (and should) replant trees. When trees biodegrade they go back to something natural.

When plastic finally breaks down it turns into tiny toxic bits that pollute our soil and water supply. Not to mention the countless animals to die every year because they mistake it for food.

and don't even get me started on the pollution and energy to make the stupid bags to begin with.

If the true environmentalists had their way we would be eating raw vegetables and drinking milk directly from the cows nipple. No manufacturing or packaging needed. :eyeroll:

you'd hurt a poor plant just to feed yourself? You sick sadistic jerk... And stop stealing milk from the calfs!

don't drink the milk! (save it all for the yummy cheese)

It's all about the soy anyways..

survival of the fittest, if we can eliminate all the animals that think plastic is food, we'll eventually have a world of super animals.

I took my grandchildren through the butterfly house at the fair. If anyone goes out there with kids, you have to go through the butterfly house! As soon as you walk in butterflies start landing on your shoulder, head, whatever! They check you when you leave to make sure you're not leaving with a hitchhiker.

the lighting is aweful, I got rained on that day and I had a cold. I like the mesh tent idea of years past instead of in an industrial building though.

I took my 2 1/2 year old grandson to the fair yesterday and wanted to take him into the butterfly pavillion, but my daughter advised differently. Stateing that he looks at them, say's something like "Look-mom-bug-cool" and proceeds to squash it!

We decided to wait until next year when he understands better.

There's a Butterfly House on Mackinac Island, near where I live. I tend to attract them. When I enter, 3 or 4 will alight on me within a few seconds, while whoever is with me might not get any...

end of BTS season. I'm soooo sick of everyone in the world complaining to me (customers, vendors, coworkers, family, friends, some guy on the street, geocachers, etc, etc). No wonder why I complain so much, heck even a sponge can only hold so much water...

have to go to hell for a meeting next week... seriously - in the middle of fricken CA the wasteland of the state (Madera)

The good news? my meeting is @ a golf course, and my hotel (which I scored a days inn for $101 and some change for both nights) is on the backside of it. I've requested a king size upstairs room overlooking said course, non smoking and it has free high speed net.

I may be in hell.. but it will look a little better. I'm also bringing my clubs, as they meetings will be over well before the sun sets, and well,,, what else do I have to do?
