Enjoy - getting a kudo's email from a VP of our large parent company for my work on this new project (that I'm losing hair and sleep over)
but it's really nice to know that he notices my good work, as I wouldn't be hearing that from the people closer to home... they think this whole thing is my fault - they don't see me being on this team as someone trying to champion their concerns into a usable format.
we play a game called drink-drank-drunk. We get bracelets from the five and dime, and everyone gets 1 - if you say the words Drink-Drank-or drunk (instead you must use cocktail, beverage, wasted, imbibed etc) you get your bracelet taken away.
At the end of the party - the person with the most bracelets wins. One big party, I had 60 something bracelets by the end of the night. good time.
Sorry to hear that you're sick babe. But I would have never let you out from bed to begin with. That way I wouldn't need to carry you back. :worried: :pbpt:
thats the day we get back from Nick-A-Palooza, and we're plannin on hitting the fair with as many people as we can get to go...
myself and Steve have talked a little bit, about possibly using our oldschool black/white facepaint, and trying to get on some of the news shows that day...
dunno yet.... channel 11 didnt like it very much, like 4 years ago, and kicked us outta the audience :coolfrown:
it's nice but I had a slew of phone messages on my desk and a volunteer looking for something to do. I miss one day and you'd think no one could ever replace me! :sheepish:
Finally getting a new computer for work. I bought some good stuff. Now to get it hooked up and get some fast internet connection in here. Unfortunately there isn't much to choose from in downtown since it sounds like the whole downtown is going wireless because of all the different wiring issues.
hey I found a cache there, and at como.. lantern lighting thing looks cool. I guess that'd make for a good date, but eh, haven't had any of those lately. Instead, sounds like a cool place to practice some night photo shots...
his final really nice words when I went out in 4th place were...
I hate the moment i cannot see ur picture anymore
and:
stoo good luck in your life!!!
and/or wet, due to rainy conditions outside...

we've got all kinds of silly little events/contests planned-out, that are going to take place, to keep people occupied...
as if drinking, and hanging out with so many people, isnt going to be enough :goofy:
next year is going to be even better.
August 21st is football and the finally of Treasure Hunters and a somber anniversary for me
August 22nd I have stuff at work going on
August 25th Breast Cancer Tournament
August 28th & Sept 1st -state fair
At the end of the party - the person with the most bracelets wins. One big party, I had 60 something bracelets by the end of the night. good time.
