Matty B's are excited to have the Cooler Crew once again call them "home" for the medallion hunt.
Cooler Crew will get a 20% discount on drinks BUT this year you must have a Cooler Crew Button. For those unable to make the pre-Dig we can work something out to get buttons sold to you.
$2.00 off appetizers.
$2.00 parking at Victory Ramp after validation - ONLY if you buy food at Matty B's.
In these economic times we ask that the Crew help Matty B's out by adhering to these rules and not give the wait staff any hassle...
Matty B's usually has music there on Friday and Saturday nights, they have had this band that covers ACDC songs and they will check to see their availability. AND if there are other nights that you think we might want a band there, they will see if they can arrange something.
At this time they are usually closed on Sundays, But Rose is going to see if she can have staff there for the January 25th Sunday - no promises.

After talking with Rose - the big thing is to make sure you are actually with the Crew and not someone who just walked in....

Can be used ONCE a month - but who to share with? Hmmmm.
Matty B's may already have entertainment lined up that night...
She was going to let me know the schedule and IF they had nothing already booked she would let me know so I could make other arrangements like callign Rich.....
When you figure out whats going on - give him a call and let him know either way. I'll stay out of it all from now on....geesh
Pannekoeken (Dutch Oven Pancake)
Mix well, or put in blender:
2 cups milk
3 or 4 eggs
1 c. flour
2 T. Sugar
1 t. salt
Melt 1-2 T. butter in baking dish (glass preferred).
Pour in batter. Bake at 375 degrees until knife comes
out clean. 25-35 minutes. Serve with butter and maple
syrup and/or fruit or other toppings. Can also bake fruit, etc. into the pannekoeken.
I use two glass pie plates for one recipe. Or you can do the whole thing in a 9x13 glass pan but watch the baking time as it will get done sooner.

I set up the tree and hang the lights outside Thanksgiving weekend. I buy gifts Dec. 23rd and wrap them ten minutes before they get opened. I sign whatever cards the Mrs. sticks in front of me. That's about it.
My wife practically kills herself with all the decorating and cookie baking. I just stay out of her way and say as little as possible. Ignorance is bliss. It is a system that works well.

there are countless times, where she'll be like "dont we have something planned?".... and i'll respond with "oh yeah we gotta go to (insert event here)"...
"nope, thats tomorrow"...
"oh, then it was (insert correct event here)"
