What law, rule or jurisdiction does a security company have, within a venue where they were hired by the performing band, to do more than just kick a person out of the venue? What can they actually do as far as picture taking goes? Do they have local support to grab your personal camera and delete the card?
Isn't it weird that everyone with a birthdate the same as ours is the same age as we are but most everyone that shares our same deathdate is of different ages?
Well not weird I guess just an odd way of looking at it is all.
With that - Hey Kitch - How many people die on the same date that they were born on? 1/2000, 1/5000 ...etc?
another way is you use the attachments right under your message box...if that doesn't work you need to edit your post with the same html coding to get your photo to show in the post.
Hey Kitch - What news station was the first to report coverage of the 35W bridge collapse? I was very disappointed with CBS in that they made no mention of the collapse during their 6:00 news which I tape every evening. Then my DVR switches over to NBC for ET and they were already reporting from the scene at 6:30. I know the 9/11 network timeline was a big deal with ratings going forward. People want to get their news first. I also liked that Ch.5 had the most round-the-clock coverage of all the stations. But then again, they are at the bottom of the ratings so they didn't have as much to loose I guess. But from a news junkies standpoint, I have a much deeper respect for Cyndy Brucato for being a trooper during the whole thing and actually enjoying her job of reporting the news. I didn't feel the same with some of the other anchors.
As you can see, I'm just now starting to watch all the news I taped from the last 6 days. I purposely have waited because I was getting burned out emotionally without the aid of TV news
Cable news channels went into breaking news mode after getting word the 35W bridge over the Mississippi River in Minneapolis simply collapsed into the river and up the riverbank.
"You are looking live at an absolute horror unfolding before our eyes in the city of Minneapolis," is how Shepard Smith broke the news on Fox News Channel, the first of the cable channels to report the story at 7:32 ET. CNN was second at 7:35. MSNBC third at 7:39.
I got a couple e-mails about my first report over the telephone. People were telling me that they could hear how serious this situation was from the sound of my voice. My buddy Karna Bergstrom with WCCO.com took time to digitize the first breaking news report from around 6:21 p.m. I start speaking at 1:28 into the file. And the clip runs until another phone call came into our control room "phoner" system and producer Matt Liddy accidentally hung up on me. Sorry for calling you out, Matt. I just report the truth.
My first words: "Yeah Frank, I just got here. The scene is pretty unbelievable. I'm looking at a huge fire. It appears a tractor-trailer is on fire here where this part of the bridge collapsed."
"It looks like a total failure of the bridgeÂ… it's at a 45 degree angle." "The number of emergency vehicles here is unreal." You're hearing the quiver in my voice, combined with me walking around like crazy, trying to find out whatever I can get.
"You can't imagine how horrific that was for the folks on the bridge." It's really strange to sit back and listen to this report. I guess I'm proud that I was able to paint a decent word picture of what was going on. You really do get a sense of the chaos. Remember, this report is about 10-15 minutes after the bridge collapsed.
Yeah! No kidding! Talk about the best vantage point of that tragedy. He could have been part of the story rather than simply reporting it. Wow. Thanks Kitch
I still feel I was on my roof before any news stations and only one or two emergency vehicles were on scene. It wasn't until 5-7 minutes later that the air filled up with the sound of chaos.
Every single lead you guys gave me fell apart. I found this one on EBAY today but it's a HID unit and I know that when I put in the blue bulbs when I first got the car that it fried out the wiring. But wasn't sure if they would be too hot for the housing too.
They're not always recommended, for the same reason they fried the wiring. Basically the car's electrical system isn't rated for the power they want to draw.
People put them in anyways, sometimes they just bypass the electrical system and wire them straight to the battery (I'm guessing via a switch to turn em off and on).
Thanks you two. I guess I don't need the HID at all. I'm just looking for any difference in the housing itself. I would assume that if it can handle the HID it could easily handle my low wattage bulbs. I'm getting a new wiring harness anyway so I wouldn't even use the one that would come with the headlight if it didn't work.
Joe
they must
Excellent!!!

1/66,612
Odds of having your identity stolen: 200 to 1
Odds of dating a millionaire: 215 to 1

Now that I am getting more use to this board, I would like to enagage more
its basically an HTML code..
you want to use < and > instead of { and }
{img src=http://www.a-pc-geek.net/images/geekman.jpg}
this is a trick called hotlinking
link to more on the topic of hotlinking and what it looks like in the code...

Is it the wiring, housing material or both?
Thanks man

but he's got a bad rating already..that can't be good.
