a site you might not know about http://www.mobissimo.com/search_airfare.php

Airline Web sites: Once you have found the best deal from the main comparison sites and the aggregators, visit that airline's Web site directly. Since the comparison sites charge booking fees to make their money, you can often find the same ticket on the airline's site at a cheaper price. Also check the Web sites of discount airlines like Southwest Airlines and JetBlue, which are not available on the comparison sites. As mentioned above, Skybus is the newest player in the discount airline business. All flights must be booked through its Web site.

Travel Once you have found what you believe to be the best ticket price, contact a travel agency to see if they can come up with an even better one. If you find a good travel agent, it's surprising the number of times they can find something that you missed in your own searches.

You're welcome. Play around with that site. You can name a price AND when you want to leave/arrive too. See how low you can bid when you do that, if it matters when you leave/arrive.

I think I went down to $80 for that price and then they quote you the price with taxes and fees to come up with $127. Maybe you can bid lower.

dear kitch,

this is for a friend. I hope this is what he was talking about. On the backs of cars my friend sees stickers. Some say GL some say GB some have 3 letters. I think they are usually oval, white with dark bold letters. He wants to know what they are for. Have you seen them? I've seen them on a lot of cars. I'm guessing the GL is a garage logic 1500am thing and GB is for George Bush but there are others. any ideas?

yup those

thanks 3m

I really figured it was a suttle way to support George Bush so anyone who may key your car because of it was just too dumb to figure it out- guess I'm just as dumb or smart to have thought it.   :eyeroll:

I like the idea that its secret code than to show your from another country :eyeroll:

How do you change the airport codes?

Thanks. It's a good resource. But it doesn't work with the airport I want. But I'll save it for another time.

dear kitch,

Is it true that men can't be 'just friends' with women?

Does that mean that a man will 'sleep' with just about any woman if she lets him?

ty,

I've proven that theory wrong before... I am perfectly able to be just friends with a woman....

I think that if you've already had a relationship with someone, and break up, then you can't be just friends. It rarely works because one person will always have those feelings, or at least think they could have those feelings again..

But other wise yes, men and women can be friends. Penny also agrees with me.

Men would only sleep with a woman friend if they were already attracted to them. They certainly wouldn't sleep with anyone if they wern't attracted to them.

That doesn't mean that they can't be attracted to you and still be a friend. They just know their limit and don't cross it out of respect for the friendship. They also probly wouldn't be a friend if they didn't like at least something about you.

Make any sense?

my best friend is of that evil male gender..

I love him for who he is and what he's done with his life. I love *almost* everything about him (just not the Billy Jean in the truck for 6 hours part) and he's an amazing guy. With all of that said, I could never ever date him.. :barf:

He's like my brother

I think one thing to caution is lumping all or most men into a certain group. For example, some men judge women and their intentions by how they dress and how much skin they show. But as you know not all women who dress in a sexy or provocative manner have the intentions that some men think. Yeah, there are probably guys out there who can't be "just friends" with a woman. It's not the majority of men though.

Contrary to popular belief, I believe that most men are picky and do have some moral standards.

and as far as sleeping with friends, don't we all? :goofy:

I like to sleep with friends!! some that is!! it works out better you know where they have been and who they have been with!!! lol!! and its always good to know that stuff!!!

That and I would rather know a person before hand any ways!! I dont always just sleep with the random hottie that crawls in to my bed just most of the time!!! and I can sleep in the same bed with a female and not have to have sex with them!!! I have shared the bed with many of Naked women and not touched them!!! because I respect them!! so it goes both ways with me!!!

I like to think That I am your friend Me2 and I don't want to Sleep with you in that way!!! so :pbpt: :pbpt: :pbpt: :pbpt: :pbpt: :pbpt:

I can think of allot of cooler chicks that I feel that way about!! but now if you all don't consider me a friend!! then ok I guess!! all bets are off LOL JK!!

but no for real I don't think thats a right to group us all in that!!! I have allot of female friends that I have had in my bed naked and have not had sexy with and I would say about half of them have goting Naked because as they put it I am a space heater!!! they love to snuggle up to this big teddy bear!!! I have yet to have a women say I am not a good cuddlier!!

That's where we're different buddy. I can honestly say that I think I've had sex with every single naked woman that's ever been in my bed. I've slept with many but we always had our underware on at least. But if the underware was off, I was on. :goofy:

My wife and I actually slept together for almost a year before actually having sex. Most of the time it was because we would pass out after a party or something.

well I think some of the stuff that I wrote up there could be looked at difrent I am not saying I didnt want to with half of them but I am just more of a gentleman then that!! because I think I would have about 90 kids if I slept with ever women that was in my bed in the last year alone!!!

Dear ask Kitch,

I just got back from Florida last night, and seeing all the palm trees made me wonder something. What's the difference between palm oil and coconut oil, since they come from the same plant?

Palm oil is a form of edible vegetable oil obtained from the fruit of the oil palm tree. Previously the second-most widely produced edible oil, after soybean oil, 28 million metric tons were produced worldwide in 2004[1]. It may have now surpassed soybean oil as the most widely produced vegetable oil in the world.[2]

The palm fruit is the source of both palm oil (extracted from palm fruit) and palm kernel oil (extracted from the fruit seeds). Palm oil itself is reddish because it contains a high amount of betacarotene. It is used as cooking oil, to make margarine and is a component of many processed foods. Boiling it for a few minutes destroys the carotenoids and the oil becomes white.

Coconut oil, also known as coconut butter, is a tropical oil with many applications. It is extracted from copra (derived from Malayalam word "kopra" which means dried coconut).

Palm oil, despite being the most used vegetable oil for cooking [15] (primarily because of its huge use in industrial food preparations), is one of the most unhealthy cooking oils available (after Coconut oil)

Kitch,

What is necessary to set up a donation fund, my friend is dying of cancer and when friends tried to open an account at a bank for donations to be sent to, they were told they had to have a federal ID# and a state nonprofit blah blah blah....and in order for the bank to make any deposits into and account they need the account #...the bank was Wells Fargo

IMHO they are full of shit....my thinking is go to a local bank and open in an account...

What are the rules on giving money??
