ok heres one for you kitch! I know that you use by weight oils in cars most com ming now seams to be 5w 30!! and I know you use solid weight oils in deisals more often then not!! so If I put say 30 weight oil in my car would there be any damage!! done to it?? I know in the cold it will start harder and it will take longer for that oil to get out in the eng. but will it hurt my rings and stuff like that??

Hey Kitch - We know there are negative calorie foods but are there any zero calorie - all natural foods with nutrition labels out there on the market with nothing but zeros on it? Food not liquid. And this :barf: doesn't count.

yeah but I would think juicing something might make it easier to digest, and throw off the negative calorie equation. maybe not though, who knows...

I know about the negative calories of raw veggies and some fruits but we're looking for any manufactured and packaged food that shows nothing but zeros on their nutrition label. I thought rice cakes was it but I couldn't find any that didn't add something to them that caused them to have calories or sodium or something. Basically looking for the label that spring water has but in a food instead.
