Seen the new 007 movie today. Daniel Craig is good and the action is OK. But there seemed to be way to many edits. I felt as if I was going to have a seizure at any time.
The Mrs. and I are going out to the Old Log Theater tomorrow night. We got a gift certificate for Christmas LAST year and never cashed it in until now. The show is called "Unnecessary Farce" and I have no real idea what to expect.
It looks like the house is only about 1/2 full so there's plenty of seats left. $32 a head may be a bit steep for anyone wanting to go spur-of-the-moment.
Kat; I double-dog dare you to go see "Madagascar 2" by yourself without any kids tagging along. It can be done. Sometimes its fun.
Another VERY last-minute idea: In about an hour (7:30) A Prairie Home Companion does their rehearsal show down at the Fitz. Its the same as the live radio show but they let it run longer because they are not under time constraints for broadcast. We tried that once and it was fun. I think its only $10 a head versus $21 for broadcast night.
I'd say yes but I really need to get this huge paper done that I've been procrastinating on that's due on Thursday. I'm going to end up going out of town for a couple days this week that I hadn't planned on. I might be able to get an extention but not sure.....
I'll be down at Mounds Park Tavern tonight with my Diamond/Gillette anual get together party. Its at Earl St & Hudson Road (by 94) If you feel like stopping in for a drink c'mon down. I'll be there about 8
Was great to see some of the crew tonight at mounds. I Saw Kat, Iceman, Mucluck, Lilman, and his cousin, a bunch of my former coworkers, and a few surprise old friends that I hav'nt seen in a long time. Seems some of my old friends follow the cooler crew and didn't know I was a part of them. Hopefully I'll see more of them this winter!
After the mouns we checked out the cheri pitt bar. Nice place! Close to home.
can we get a games folder in here like one where I or any one could post triva and or guessing games and stuff like that!??!?! I had one but I cant rember what room it was in!?!?!

I do know a person with a pretty great condition couch she wants to get rid of for FREE. If anyone is interested let me know. I can't get it in to my family room basement. You just have to come get it SOON! Its a green blue and red plaid 7 foot couch hardly ever used. I looked under the cushions and there are no stains. FREE FREE!!! just get it moved. GREAT for a family room OR Nick and Carolines livingroom!!!! hint hint.

Old Log Theater is pretty good. ssssomeone in the Cooler here grew up with family in productions there. Hope you had a good time.
