Pie- that was a little harsh considering you don't know me. And if you don't know what I'm referring to, then you might not want to insult people.

Don't believe the hype and people that sit at home hittin the bong, and never leaving their apartment to go look. I've been there, its there, more than half of Conway

hasn't even been dug up yet. Maybe 3/4 of it has been walked over, but that means nothing! You should see these people, while me and my 2 partners dug and dug

and dug for 14 hours strait with a 1 1/2 hour break, most people walked around, asked questions, just stood and looked, or sit down and do nothing, very few

people did any digging. The most impressive thing I've seen so far one student(unnamed) dug with her hands for more than an hour and said she wasn't gonna stop,

so we finally gave her our hoe. You gotta dig idiots, they're not going to hand $10,000 over to anyone easily. And get a clue, if ya think its in Highland maybe you

shouldn't be bothering with the hunt, you obviously (haven't even set that bong down yet and explored your possibilites) don't know what you are doing. Conway!

Conway! Conway! Cya nap time back at 11:30 for round 3! Only reason I tell you all this cause I feel like I've been through hell for a day and a half, and don't even

feel like hunting after that effort. See ya out tonite....maybe. :)

So is Battle Creek not in the running? I was almost convinced it was Battle Creek until reading the postings about Conway.

Clue 4 just a thought, Martin Luther was THE iconoclast. Martin Luther King Park?

I have to say anyone typing on this board during prime hunt hours isn't prepared themselves for this so just drop it and quit posting. (unless they've been awake for

more than a day)

Dave- I'll see ya in Highland tonight! Could you be anymore obvious?

What, Conway? Why? Somebody explain iconoclast. "your chances of whinning are nil, if you get to close to the action?", "glowing, translucent peak"

MedallionStallion

DAVE- Just because others keep different hours than you doesn't mean they're not prepared. Some people aren't able to dedicate over a week of their life to this,

even if it means 10 grand.

I share your enthusiasm for Conway, but don't insult people. Other's had the same entusiasm last year on the imfamous Mounds Park Saterday!

One thing I find interesting is that in years past the first clue always stated it is somewhere in Ramsey Co. This year it states only that it is in St. Paul. There are parks

in ramsey co that are not in st. Paul but rather in a suburb.

KATE - Been through this a hundred times. If you want to know why conway, go out there, look around and you'll probably get it. A few short words: Iconoclast=

YOU, Translucent Peak=Sun Ray center, trees in a line= Woodrow which leads to Wilson Ave

for conway, iconoclast could be howard street wich runs right by it, which could turn into howard stern, and who is a biger iconoclast than him

Clue #1: park, may have a golf course, may not, if it does stay offf the course #2 sledding hill at the park #3 This is Conways biggest stumbling block. But the

numbers could mean anything. I won't go through all the theories, but Conway believers think it's there even though this clue isn't really obvious. #4 Medallion is in a

new park, you will have to break something to get at the medal. #5 Library on premises at Conway #6 Hudson...Hudson's map book (1 blk away), Ruth St.:Book

of Ruth in Bible borders park, Wilson St. TAKE YOUR PICK #7 trees in a row--Woodrow...Woodrow Wilson...Wilson St. #8 Most convincing reason it's at

Conway. Pyramid type roof lit up at night on top of Sunray. #9 Water tower and 3M sign visible from park

iconoclast according to webster..... image destroyer. One who destroys religious images or opposes their veneration.2.One who attacks cherished beliefs or their

institutions. Yes this could be Howard Stern

phone still says no as well as the web page.

That "medallion has been found" message is fake. If you click on the name in blue, you can see the person's email address - which should give you some idea if its

true or not.

From 94E take Snelling south to Highland Pky, that is the northwest corner, if you continue south on Snelling to Edgcumbe you will be at the southwest corner.

Actually i don't think that PP's e-mail address is @pioneerplanet.com...its something like @pioneerpress.infi.net

or something like that.

It is not true, the medallion has not been found. It is not a committee, it is the Pioneer Press editor (like last year) that would make the post!!!!!!!!!! The post would

be on the front page, not on the water cooler page. Please don't waste the time of dumb messages, it only jums up the web page.
