Yes, the medallion has been found, but there's still lots to talk about. Feel the need for more than virtual discussion? Then join the Re-Hash Bash, Sunday, Jan. 27, at noon at Merriam Park in St. Paul.

Terry: I apologize for all the vegas nonsense...I know its tough to read through when your looking for something meaningful. Had that problem last night...man was it busy in the cooler.
The Pioneer Press and Cub Foods will host three special events for participants in the Pioneer Press Treasure Hunt who gather at the newspaper’s downtown St. Paul headquarters to await publication of clues:
“Vulcan Night†– Saturday, Jan. 26: The Pioneer Press Treasure Hunt heats up with a visit from the Winter Carnival Vulcans. The hunt’s presenting sponsor – Cub Foods – and Hormel, also a Pioneer Press Treasure Hunt sponsor, will participate. KOOL 108 and the station’s KOOL KAT mascot will help host the event and prize drawings.
“Tropical Night†– Sunday, Jan. 27: Colorful leis and Hawaiian shirts will brighten the night in time for an appearance by the Winter Carnival Royal Family. The WLOL party van will pull up to help host the event and prize giveaways.
“Movie Night†– Tuesday, Jan. 29: The Pioneer Press Treasure Hunt goes Hollywood with Marcus Theatres and K102. Treasure hunters can watch movie trailers, munch popcorn and win theater tickets, posters and other prizes. K102 will sponsor an appearance by the Rodeo Renegades danceline and a drawing for rodeo tickets.
Time: All events will be held from 11 p.m. until midnight. Events will take place, as scheduled, unless the medallion has been found. Call the Treasure Hunt Hot Line for the current status of the hunt at (651) 228-5547.
Well shoot I'm leanin to......well we'll see tonight but i am keeping an open mind! I do agree with you that Como can't be out just because it was there last year.
Welcome Bobby! Crew usually wears white arm bands.....but different personalities still prevail and you may just see someone that looks like their screen name!LOL Can you guess what Green will be wearing?
Wow, what a lot of posts today. Don't think I can even hope to slog through them all. Right now I'm leaning towards Battle Creek Zone #1 but I have several other places I consider in the running. Been getting a headache trying to figure out the time and tide, fun and slide thing. And usually when that happens, it means it's referring to the thing the treasure is hidden in and I never had a shot at figuring it out anyway.
Hello, Still don't get how this talking thing works. Possibly someone can enlighten me. Anyhow, here's some brainstorming. Hunter's pride=loins. Lions club, Lyon st. by bc, Any playground, statue or school mascot possibly? Tide soap, Time magazine, tide-diet. Possibly more to trip over goods. Spark mabey south end of park. Just some thoughts here. Leaning towards battle creek.

Hay how do you get to the old clues maybe back 10 years
Carl: haha...someone mentioned Red Rock a few days ago to me...I told them it was out of St. Paul and no good : )
OK Sorry!

Evenin' everyone! All of a sudden, I like Hillcrest, and here's why. It's next to St. Leo's school. A "carnival hunter" is a lion = Leo.

Squek checked it out this afternoon not to impressed, but i could be wrong.. LOL
Well shoot I'm leanin to......well we'll see tonight but i am keeping an open mind! I do agree with you that Como can't be out just because it was there last year.
I'm outta my mind!
I was working today so no scouting going on...except in my out of mind state. (I'm not sure why they pay me to work this time of year.)
I really believe it's not Highland. Not because the clues couldn't fit, but because it's too early to give the park away.
I think the high land thing is a clue to a river park on the bluffs. That would leave Cherokee and Mounds.
Of course I've been wrong this early before. Hopefully tonight's clue will help.
Squeak checked it out this afternoon not to impressed, but i could be wrong.. LOL
Also along FORD PKY=Ford Co...Time to Kill
Go Dalliance go! But don't stay too long.
Lots of highland, HF, and cherokee talk. I drove by all 3 today around 3pm and NOT ONE DIGGER at any of these parks...
Ford County that is...previous entry
Good one, Carl. And, we've heard before, crest = brow.
Terry, those are the best thoughts I've heard all day!LMAO!
Guide, Why? Did they let SJO out? :)
Lion's come in prides...
Hi Scribe! They're the only thoughts rumbling around the space between my ears most of the day.
Welcome Bobby! Crew usually wears white arm bands.....but different personalities still prevail and you may just see someone that looks like their screen name!LOL Can you guess what Green will be wearing?
I'm curious what park Leelabell and Me2 were being so secretive about earlier. Any ideas?
Dalliance...did you like that little comment I put on the Hillcrest description? You're the first one to say anything to me about it. Good job.
Is it just me or will the "Puck" be found before the weekend due to this global warming freak weather....
Ter,I have had my wild theories as usual but am prepared to update them with a new clue!
whats up guys
What up Regs
Guide, yep. LOL when I read it!
actually steve, I posted something about that after the time to kill thing, but it is okay. I did like it, and that is why i posted hill crest.
Scribe, you available tomorrow for an hour, say about 1:00 PM - location to be determined? Much depends upon tonite's clue...
Ter, when do you quit working?
Thanks just going to check thing out and see if there is any pattern to the clues in the past.
It all comes together, piece by piece, inch by inch, to by fro, one clue at a time.
Sorry Timmers..That must have been part of a large group of posts that I skipped over.

Yeah Green! I will have to shuffle some ice time but my coaches are already aware that I do this...they think I'm really out there!
HOW'S.THE.BILL.BUCKLEY?
no sorries steve, just wanted to let ya know how much i have been using that thing!
Estaban, I realized the strangest thing last nite...
In reading about Conway, the description (yours) o'the park goes hand-in-glove with the clues that year...
It was really shocking to read that!
HI Allison! I hope Hidden Falls is still on your list. And, what of the recent noodling on Hillcrest?
Green - I'm working....just not very well. Tomorrow I really have to keep my mind on the work though. After that it's another story.
Hey Allison! Looks like the crew has all of St.Paul covered east to west north to south once again!
Allison...haven't seen you on for a while. You must be trying my 12 step system for maintaining your sanity during this part of January.
Thanks, Scribe. Will catch up with you tonite. Don't let me forget. FIND ME!
Ter, when do you quit work?
Has ayone heard from Ares or Schlett
You gotta guide for that too Steve?
I don't quit...just go in late or leave early as I can.
