Yes, the medallion has been found, but there's still lots to talk about. Feel the need for more than virtual discussion? Then join the Re-Hash Bash, Sunday, Jan. 27, at noon at Merriam Park in St. Paul.

Have any new parks gone in near Shepard Rd that aren't on most maps? Mabey areas of BC not involved in the ski thing? Can't wait for tonigt's clue.
hi all, I was at Phalen today couple of hill some wppds, but didn't seam right. AA seamed right one of those "its gotta be here" feelings I get every year befor someone else figures out the right park.
Yeah, Regman... the year it was at Newell one guy in our group convinced us that it was at Mounds and we went out there diggin and the dude was picking up the puck at Newell by the time we made it to Newell the place was a ghost town.
At the edge of Phalen Rec Center there is a street sign that reads "Sherwood Forest" (corner of Sherwood and Forest). I keep waiting for that to make it into a clue. Which brings up another possibility of Phalen in that Forest street runs into it. If you go as far from that as you can, I believe that's the part of the park with the hill.
As for Highland. it seems every year up through at least clue 5 or 6 there's always a significant contingent of people saying it's in Highland. Must be something generic about that place that it always seems to fit all the clues.
Ahhh, remember Newell!!! I made a snow angel exactly on top of the medallion the night before it was found. Hummm, I wonder where it could be. UNDER MY ASS MAYBE!!! Anyhow, who left the map of mounds park at Highland the other day???
Lots of times, clues like 3 and 4 talk about slight things such as what it is in or what part of the park it's in. The Pioneer Press used the word orient at conway to tell us it was in the east part of the park.

Green, Trent wanted me to tell you that I was having a strategy session tomorrow night with my fellow hunters (i.e. singles club) and he wanted to film it. But at this point it seems I may ony have a couple of people coming and they would be newbie hunters, so I wonder if he would still want to?
I'm probably going to go down to the paper tonight to get the clue so maybe I'll see him then.
Don't think so yet tonight unless this clue really speaks to me of one certain park. I need to be somewhat able to work tomorrow. Deadline day doncha know.
Linwood has hills. It has paths through the hills. It has woods and the woods are on the hill. The area by the tennis courts is downhill and away from the woods. :-P

I was doing some noodling around Tiger Woods, golf, lion's pride and all that today, but it didn't ring up the right park in my mind.

I think I'm having angina...
what is up w/ those people with that Highland obsession
how about street names oak, ash pine etc sherwood
Scribe, feel my forehead. Do I feel feverish? What's my pulse like? Maybe I should all the doctor...
I think as long as the sparklies are in my butt - and not down my arm or in my fingertips... I *should* be otay...
Both 2 and 3 talk about going up and down hills. The park may be hilly, or they may be talking about that CC championship thing.
I can handle Como like even five years in a row...
But if The Med's at BC or Phalen...
Hope Ares is around!

Speaking about Ares, where is he. He was here 24/7 last year (with a few trips to the park)
I asked this o'the group today and got blank stares...

It was on the west end of Conway.
There's a park with Avon street... Now, I've got to refind it.
Avon is a street that runs into Linwood!

But Conway was on the east side of the city, I think that was what they meant with that clue.

Allison, he'll be there.
"Far from the woods" may just be saying that it is not by the wooded area of the park it's in. The park may still have woods.
Can;t help you Green! Get some for me!
