you kind of have to know what's coming. the 8th level is useless for diamonds, but 9 and 10 are pretty good.
Ah ha!
You thought a different forum would grant you a cool blissful escape from the wrath known as KT, well you were correct.
She's busy wondering why they do not put more onion into french onion dip.
And why this forum even exists.
Anyway?
She's busy wondering why they do not put more onion into french onion dip.
Your not buying the right brand. :)
KT, there's a "winter carnival" every year here in Saint Paul. During that hunt, there's something called a "medallion hunt" where people, every day people, people like you and people like me, go out into the "winter" and hunt for the "medallion."
So next year, there will be a 2006 St. Paul Winter Carnival. There will also be a 2006 medallion hunt. So instead of having two separate threads we've got just this one.
Â
"medallion."
actually this thread is placed inside a delorean and everytime you post here it really is 2006
and because of this when  it really is 2006 you will find more onions in your dip

RedBear- what does that have to do woth the lack of actual onion in store bought onion dip.
...except that any kind of dip, along with chips, and a random hot beverage is always welcome during the aforementioned escaPADE.
I should get a few extra points for using the word aforementioned.
...whether or not it's spelled correctly.
I make my own onion dip and I control the flow of onions.
i will go watch casey jones sing i love onions....ha ha ha
...but it IS the one and only season for Vidalia onions- what do we do then?
Also, I used the word aforementioned correctly in a sentence- do I not get a kudos or two for that?
Dammit! Once again I have managed to confuse me.
I may as well go take pictures of little kids.
I may as well go take pictures of little kids.
NOW she's quoting Michael Jackson?
KT, those that control the onions control the dip.
Â
"medallion."
"aforementioned."
Yeah... but if it is french onionthen maybe theres just plain not enough onions over there to actually use more?
They gotta even them out, not using enough, meaning that us consumers here in the US feel cheated?
I tried to buy some french onion dip.
It surrendered itself to my belly.
furthermore...
its like us sending them "american fries", or "american toast"... theres just not enough of them around to keep all of the French consumers happy.
then maybe we should all switch to bermuda onions
It surrendered itself to my belly
BWAAAAHHH!!!
then maybe we should all switch to bermuda onions
We probably wouldnt be able to findthose...
you know... Bermuda triangle?
heh..
It was funny to me.
what if one buys some sour cream, adds this and that, and chops up a profuse amount of onions to put in it......
mmmmmmmmm.
then you need to use vidalia
"medallion."
what if one buys some sour cream, adds this and that, and chops up a profuse amount of onions to put in it......
Then you will have onions topped with sour cream. I thought you were supposed to top the taters with that stuff and save the onion for the gravy?
mmmmmmm, gravy!

Just brought in our East Side Review newspaper...its one from the lili - suburban newspapers??
not sure if anyone else gets them, or reads them even, or just tosses them out, or gets a different neighborhoods version of it... but anywho.... theres an article in the east side one, front page n all, that's talking about a "new park"being opened just a few days ago...
at the lower end of "phalen creek" called the "Bruce Vento Nature Sanctuary"...
maybe something to remember, come hunt time?
I'm 99% sure its just off west 7th......
east of the "downtowner car wash".....ummm...at phalen and west 7th I think....
east west...;)
sounds like it might be worth searching out, if I'm going to have a complete listing of St. Paul Parks that is.
They had a grand opening about 2 weeks ago on Saturday. There is no parking for the park yet.
They wat to connect mounds to it with a staircase and connect downtown with a bike trail down prince street. That might wipe out our parking at work along our building.
to get there go down commercial street from mounds to 4th street.

I discovered at new park last night. We parked next to it for the fireworks. Probably you guys know about it already but it is a new one to me. Pretty small.

I rode my bike through the Bruce Vento Nature Sanctuary yesterday. Or at least I would have if the trail hadn't been closed. They detoured me up onto Payne Ave because of the construction for the Phalen Corridor.
So there's no parking and the trails are closed. Good planning!
Is that right across the street from the lake WN?
ESD - Not sure... I 'd say that Kitch was probably right in assuming right near Payne/7th area...
There was some sort of map in the paper also, of a layout or whatever of it, too... although mind is kinda ummm... er.... un-readable, cause my dog kinda got ahold of it before me.
and he despises medallion hunting.
crud.. wonder if the PP has it online?
grrr....great now IAN and KCORN know a good hiding spot...
lol yeah but no parking, I doubt any cachers would even go after a cache there.
I rode my bike down near Crosby on Monday. Thought of you guys. :)
