2012 - Tony Schmidt Park

Submitted by ares on
2012 Clues

So its back to the drawing board for next year
to find a spot so deep and drear.
Harder to reach all you whiners
than those buried Chilean miners.

Next year's clues will inspire dread
requiring knowledge of languages dead,
Higher math rocket science
disbanding every hunters alliance.

I take your leave. I bid adieu.
I go in search of the perfect clue.
Prepare to hike hard dig deep and delve.
Will have a grand party in 2012.

DARN! My dad should've caught that rabbit that crossed our path yesterday while out hunting in BC. I just figured he was going to take us to a rabbit hole and I'm no Alice!

I was up at 4:30 this morning. Training all day. My mom had quite a honey-do list for us this evening.

I am spent.

Goodnight and SCDs Coolerheads.

I never knew elephants are a lucky charm. See, you learn from this Hunt!

All I'm saying is that the lucky charm does not refer to McKnight. Night might refer to McKnight.

Does either park have anything to do with General Mills?

It could be hidden in a lucky charms box.

I just spent 20 minutes researching 60 years worth of eclipse dates.

There was a lunar eclipse in the middle of the Conway hunt, a couple nights before it was found.

Other than that.. nothing.

Battle Creek, MI, is the HQ for General Mills. Already pondered that with the previous clue that most thought referred to Sun Ray. After all, cereal is the b'fast choice for many and a way to start their day.

Thought this was a little funny on the history of Lucky Charms

Holahan came up with the idea after a visit to the grocery store in which he decided to mix Cheerios with bits of Brach's Circus Peanuts.[3]

So when I eat the Cheerios I am getting a bit of protein from the peanuts? lol

Darkest night

"PERRY....Plays "KEN" Tyler

This international film has almost all Filipino actors, as well as American DJ Perry, an edgy leading man from the U.S., of “The 8th Plague,” “G.P.S.” and many other popular U.S. horror films. Perry plays the leading actor role. He has starred in several American horror/thrillers, as well as westerns and dramatic period pieces

A mystical "BOOK" they find seems to hold the key to controlling unseen dark forces that threaten to unleash ghosts from an evil past.

saw this on the other forum makes you go hmmmmm

If theyÂ’re giving away a medallion, are we still hunting a medallion? What if clue 2 telling us what weÂ’re searching for? If triple score is 60 years, and we need to mix treasured lore into our quest, 60 years ago they hid a small chest. Are we looking for a red, blue, or purple chest and thatÂ’s what they need to get off their chest?

The clue says to bring your good luck charm. It doesn't say that the good luck charm is there, or nearby.

Exactly, which fits perfectly with Arden's "Luck" charm.

Well.. my little noodle... in the clues they mention "mix" "bag" "red" "blue" well.... the original Chex Mix bag is red and blue... it's made by General Mills which I believe is a sponsor of the Winter Carnival...could it be possible it's taped up in one of those bad boys? LOL

Bring your good luck charm- 3rd times the charm?

Three is often the largest number written with as many lines as the number represents. The Romans tired of writing 4 as IIII, instead using IV, but to this day 3 is written as three lines in Roman and Chinese numerals.

this is probably stretching it, that line could mean as what mystical said
