The treasure was found just before 9am on Wednesday, March 10th, by Me2. She will get a prize around $290 plus a variety of other goodies. It was found in Marydale Park on the north side in a pit under a tree near lamp post #12.
The wrap up party will be Saturday, March 13th at 8pm at Fabulous Fern's.
::250 million messages later:: Thanks for the compliments on my website! I'll have to go on there and check out the broken link, which now that I think about it, I knew that was broken. Hmm....I'm slacking on my updating. Anyway, to answer Mr. Med Hunter's question, it's a winter carnival collage, not medallion hunting. It's not turning out how I expected, though. Most of my collages have color and due to the lack of color this time of the year, it's pretty bland and it's ticking me off. I'm gonna keep plugging away at it though!

we should be there right around 3:00, we have a sober driver with us today so we can both have a good time :) usually I am the one that ends up not being able to drink so this will be a nice change :)
Sorry cooler heads :( Due to this mess with my schedule at work we can't make it today :( I'm so pissed..... I'm getting shifted to day shift... now I have to pay for a baby sitter.... We're trying to save up for our house... and now this!

Okay, going back, I am counting 22 people who said they might be there today.
We'll be there. Just back from up north, gathered the Archie Comics and will be there about 3.
No, I didn't make reservations, but really, how busy is a bar going to be at 3pm on a Sunday afternoon? The place is definitely big enough. I had a group of 38 people there once. I figured we'd just meet in the bar area since you can get food there, and then also play darts or something too if you really want to. I'm really not too worried about not being able to get a spot.
We'll be there too! Can't wait - first time we've gotten to go "out" for awhile.
OTS - bummer on the job switching around, and having to pay someone for daycare. Do they expect you to change shifts right away, or will you have some time to "prepare"?
Scribe and I go there all the time, and Ferns isn't that busy at that time of day on a Sunday.

Of course, as nice as it is outside, it's awful tempting just to get out the sunning chair and spend the afternoon on the balcony. I LOVE this time of year!

The one time we came there - the "first" pity party....it did NOT seem like a very good place to hang out with kids. I couldn't wait to get (them) out of there! I won't miss having them a bit!
