I'll try to get you some proper pics. It's a Quad which we don't mind. It's got a nice Fireplace, Upper level deck, all new appliances, new carpet, big ass garage and it's in a nice area.

Plus my corner of the house faces the street as you come down the ct. Wait ti Christmas time :smile:

I dunno CM.. the last 27 times we went over and stared at the place we just pulled in the driveway and drooled lol.

There is a small inlet of the lake there that the kids have all set up to Ice Skate on.

Funny thing is.... the closing date is around the 31 of Jan....

SO move in won't happen till the 3rd of Feb :wink:

Well it's a good thing you got it. Sure would be wierd some guy named Steve lived in OTS and Payme's pad.

We still have a couple months on the lease here at the apartment. So, while we will be moving in as soon as possible (after the hunt) we aren't in a super rush.

We want to have time to get things set up properly.

It's the first quad of the area. There are single family homes along the lake front then our home is the first one you run into.
