I went to my grandson's Christmas program at Blessed Trinity school in Richfield on Tuesday. His other Grandma introduced me to his teacher and the principal. Not a nun in sight. Compare that to the parochial school I attended which is now closed but still has two nuns living in the convent. What's the point of attending parochial school if you have no nuns to rag on, and what kind of horror stories will you have to tell your kids when they're growing up?? : :pbpt:
Before anyone jumps all over me, that last sentence was said tongue in cheek.

My Catholic school didn't have a pool - but the convent attached to it did - When I was a sophmore we had the 8th graders from the 2 catholic schools with us for a day. I don't remember what we promised them (prolly to not make it so the seniors stuffed them in any more garbage cans in senior park or something) but they had to find the swimming pool and jump in it. Needless to say - we got in a LOT of trouble when 30 8th graders jumped in the nun's pool.
buying something on ebay a year ago, and deciding to resell it while the getting is good for it for the upgrade (hd tivo directv receiver). having someone use your buy it now button to buy it for more than you originally paid for it.
I can type as fast as I need to. Trouble with typing tests, they take into account errors. Being able to type 150 words a minute isn't quite as amazing if you mistype every other word (not ripping on anyone's typing ability, I'm not that great at typing myself).
I've hugged clue master who knows me2 who drinks with mucluck who geocaches with kitch who talks with ares who's married to TC who hung out with redbear who knows OT personally.
enjoy- Having all the documents/research/job search/ school search/ school documents/ etc all done and in the hands of my job placement councelor to mail so I can be approved for my retraining in my new career of Facility Systems Technology.
This showed up under Fancy Pants for some reason.
I'm gonna synch my palm, and go to bed.
