I found something interesting in one of Cluemasters photos on the coolertimes website. There is a bright spot near the lower left corner. Could be the medallion, seems to be very near where it was found.

I think if the info stays within us, i.e. email or hard copy snail mail to each other, why not? I think most of us don't want it posted on any websites, though I don't care because all of my info is on my website and business cards and I have yet to have any psychos call or follow me to my door. Unfortunately solicitations happen regardless, you just can't stop people from wanting to sell you crap.
As far as the whole winzip thing, Windows sucks. I have a Mac, and I use Adobe Acrobat to zip and stuff and all the other things you can do to files.
The acronym of my name sucks. It's not even a word. That's all I have to say about that.

I actually titled that photo something close to that too MH. It's no PS job either KC. I noticed it after the fact when checking to see if I got any shots that had the actual spot in them and seen that one. It's just ironic that something was glittering in the snow there. I rested my camera on top of that 3' post sticking out of the ground so I could use the timer. I still have no idea what that 'funny blue light' ever was.
Weird that it really wasn't that far off from where it was actually found. But it would have needed to be kicked up hill to make it there. I kick myself all the time for missing stuff while taking pictures and videos. I'm always so worried about how the shot will look that I miss the actual event in real time. ;-(

CM - My guess is that if you had looked carefully at that photo at the time, you would have been the finder.
