2012 Clues 

So its back to the drawing board for next year 
to find a spot so deep and drear. 
Harder to reach all you whiners 
than those buried Chilean miners. 

Next year's clues will inspire dread 
requiring knowledge of languages dead, 
Higher math rocket science 
disbanding every hunters alliance. 

I take your leave. I bid adieu. 
I go in search of the perfect clue. 
Prepare to hike hard dig deep and delve.

On a course for golf, please leave no mark.

Thought it was interesting to say course for golf not golf course.

Made me think of temporary course for golf not on a golf course. Like on the "Bearaly Open" winter carnival golf competition on the lake in WBL, or at Como's winter frisbee course.

I'm disappointed. I was expecting more of a challenge with these 'scrambled' clues. Thankful for the extra sleep I'll get for getting them early...at least for now.

A triple score is a hat trick. This could just be the what it's hidden in clue which is to say a red and blue hat.

There is a triple word score and triple letter score in scrabble. Scrabble boards have red and blue colored squares - along with some others.

First thing that came to my mind was scrabble here too, Terry. But can't say as I know how that type of reference (so far anyway) relates to a park.

I like the hockey idea too -- "hat trick", triple score...red line, blue line....But are we supposed to look for a park where there's hockey, or where this would be the 3rd time for a medallion to be found??
