Hello Everyone!

Got the kid back on a plane this morning and he's now somewhere in Guatemala again.  It was so wonderful having him home for those 10 days.  There's only one of his friends he couldn't connect with while he was home.  Otherwise he was able to visit with all the friends and relatives he hadn't seen in 20 months or more.  As much as we hated to see him go, it felt like it was time.  He has a job to finish there.  Now we're back to waiting for emails when he finds an internet cafe. 

KT - I would find a way to sue that nursing home.  That will either shut it down or be the catalyst for changing the way they do things there.  There is simply no excuse for not feeding anyone in their care - holiday staff or not.

Green - glad that turned out okay.

Mr. Mikey, hows things goin' 2day?  With the wifey and her surgery and all that???

I called KT 2day to see if there was anything I could do for her and to let her know we're all thinking o'her and sympathetic.  She was doing some reading and I think some music listening and movie watching to chill. She again said that she was so glad she'd met The Cooler and while she felt bad that she 'dumped,' it felt so good to do so to with those that understand her/her situation.

You know... This 'place' and this motley comglomerate o'folks has been here for people for...  What? Eight years?  And just speaking for me, I don't think anyone's ever been let down.  Or at least I've never been enkneeweighs.

It don't shure as hell get any better than The Cooler Crew.  Was just saying to a non-Hunting fiend last nite, "This may be hard for you to understand, but I've been with these people for seven or eight years. They're my family; the only family I have."

I'm PROUD to be a Coolerhead.  I'm proud to be part of this loving, giving group. I'm proud of who we are, all of us, and what we represent.  "They" would be hard pressed to find anywhere in this world a group like us.

We truly are "The Cool[er]est Group On Earth"!!!

Hiyall!  Long time no post!  I DO make it through here pretty regularly, but with the way things are, I rarely make time to do much more than slog through!

I'm *SPECIAL*!  You're special....we're all very special!  :)  Kidding aside, this is such a unique group of people.  Green - you always get so weepy and excited, but there is truth to what you preach.  Pretty darned amazing that such a diverse bunch of obsessed hunters has come together like we all have. 

Sorry to hear of your impending layoff, and Mikey's...good to hear about your prospects though ESD!  Hope something good comes to each and every one of you in this coming year.  (Finding the medallion would make a *great* start!)

How's the wheels doing so far Green?  Let me know if you're still having issues......We'll have to get out to Fasika sometime together, eh?
