I think Harriet sounds good... but we havent really checked it out yet.. I dont know about Raspberry/Navy island though.. since the last time we explored that place, last summer sometime, it was real hard to get to it, and just plain covered with construction vehicles and building materials and they had fences up with signs saying to stay off the island.
It might have changed since then, but I dont know.
You guys... You know? This year is SO FUN!!! Ittiz like Chair-O-Key and Conway. In the past couple o'three, four years we've liked watch each hunt get shorter and shorter and shorter... The pressure - FIND IT FAST OR IT WON'T BEEE THERE! - doesn't seem to be as evident this year like it has been recently... We're bock to being involved with The Clues.
This year is FUN again! To where you go nutz, your head hurts, you can't figure anything out...
I see you are jumping on my Harriet Bandwagon, Reg! Skies: that is an awesome panaramic photo of the entire Harriett island; I downloaded it a couple of days ago. It is very helpful in scoping out Harriet.
That is actually the St. Paul Co. behind that tree I believe.
Hmmm, you can see it from the parking lot eh? Well that could make a bit of sense as to why they might include it. Still, what's the place where you can keep warm that will always be open? And it still seems to me that if this is the place the clues are trying to describe, they're picking some of the most obscure markers there are. I still don't think that's the place.
only the spire or turet if you will, can be seen in the picture you showed. the best way to describe it's location is further to the left, somewhat above the parking ramp.
No, I am making popcorn and staying warm. I was out all day trying to sniff out that Med. Will wait here for the Downtown Dave or another 'Cooler to post.
Diggn', Mom has them. I'm snot sure she'll be down at PP tonite, but she WILL be at the 6th Annual Re-Hash Bash - as you BETTER BE!!!!
You can get them then...
Or knock a fellow 'Head in the head and steal theirs. Your call. I recommend the former...
About the hunt, Harriet has a capitol view, which many people dont think. I think Harriet sounds good.
It's not HER man she got rid of, but THE man. Hmmmmmmm
Where was the Capitol view at Harriet again? Way to west or east?

Good point, ALlison...
VJ - You can get to Raspberry Island now.
Ah... ok Terry... I didnt know.. since, like I said the last time we checked that place out, we were basically sneaking in there.

Ittiz much more like The Hunts o'Old!!!
This is FUN!!!
I'm not sure which tree is "the" tree, but I'm pretty sure it's not in that picture and is obscured by the downtown skyline.
Where did you see it Regman?
Green - You've been involved with the film crew so much in the past couple of years that you've missed some of the noodling too.
I see you are jumping on my Harriet Bandwagon, Reg!

Thass very true, Ter. Very true.
Well this hunt has now outlasted the Newell Hunt. Three years ago at this time we were having the first "Pity Party".
Don'tcha, reg?
GOOD LUCK, Diggin'!!!
I agree 100% Green! It has been fun this year and more clue-involved.
Ah, yes!!! The year they moved The Med FROM Phalen TO Newell!!!
I remember it well!!!
Clues and everything went right down the crapper beginning with that year...
None of the above, TBones! Probably more confusion!

My faith MIGHT start being "renewed"...
However, the Fat Goose ain't sung yet this year... And lettuce seee what next year brings...
This izz a great Clue Hunt, however, MomPress izz still on probation - in *my* book.
I think it will pinpoint the Harriet idea or be in a completely different park.
So long, farewell, I hate to say good bye.
The crowd has gone to Ma Press and so must I.
Can u share when u find that poem, Ace?
ALlison: the Pavillion at Harriet was open when I was there today.
GOOD LUCK, ALLISON!!!!
Hello '88
Takes awhile to get there, reg... And you want to be early... The quicker you get your clue, the quicker you can nicely ask those geese to cooperate.

reg, I just love that pic o'you. I swear you could beee WW's twin or baby bro!!!
Thanks for the poem, Tracker.
Is that for real? It is written by a "Mary L. Walker Hayes"
and says "A leap of Faith" in the poem.
Hi Everyone! Seems like a lot of people are going down to the PP tonite. Wish I could make it, but I'm stuck at home. :(
