As someone who has seen hunts go to the last clue, that last one usually names the park, what part of the park and a line to follow to find the medallion. It's usually a matter of lining the things up in the right direction or lining up the correct things. There's still some room for interpretation.
The medallion has always been found. It will be found this year.
I don't think it's at Phalen. You have the whole Capitol dome issue to start with. And I don't think there's really any one area where the clues all come together. Same thing with Como.
I don't like Phalen cause I don't want to start on a new park. Allison made some very good points early this AM, and I'm sticking with HI. No, all the clues don't fit to my noodling ability, but neither do they ALL fit one specific park. I agree that it's late in the game to not have a unanimous park, but this is still fun!
If it is found at Harriet it would be a record for how many times the Med has been hidden at the same park---it would be 5 times then. Would they hide it that many times in one park?
