Diane said that they can't hold any space without bodies and they don't take reservations for anything during Wild games. Too many problems. She was real apologetic. She did say that she was glad I called and will now staff accordingly for between the Wild rushes too. She mentioned that parking will be a huge problem as assumed and the hospital ramp might even be filled in addition to all the other lots and ramps. The good news is that if we have a 8:00 start, all the fans will be at the game and you guys can take over the joint.
Around that area you have McGovern's, Cosetta's Vine Park Brewing Company, Tom Reid's, Mancini's Steak House, Forepaugh's, and maybe some others. However, getting there early to eat is probably a bad idea because everyone going to the hockey game will also be going there to eat around 5 or 6 and that's when all those places are likely to be quite crowded. The only advantage is you might have a better chance at parking. If you want a complete list of options, try citysearch.com, look up McGovern's, and then click on the link for nearby restaurants (and maybe bars too since they also serve food).
I run a singles club and I plan most of the activities, so I'm starting to become a bit of an expert on "where to go". Although there are still some parts of town I'm not too familiar with.
marly, or artemis.....you guy's did the bumper stickers last year, any chance you have any left over? I sold the van that I had mine on so I need another one :(
Okay, I do not think I'm a stupid person, but I need a little help here. :) I have no idea how I got here, but I did and I bookmarked it. What I'm trying to figure out is....um, is there more than one room we're talking in? I feel like I'm not seeing all of the posts. I'll click on All MSG and it tells me there are no more. I can't hit refresh cuz I get some funky error message. Then if I go out and try to fanagle my way in, I find I've missed some messages. Help! I think I've gone loony!

that said, jqsgal, most of us have been on this site for the better part of a year. and with some 42000 messages in this folder alone, there's bound to be a lot of inside jokes to pick up on. ian's "get a room" is one of them. typically, its directed at me2 and me.
I'm talking with a Dianne from McG's right now
anyone have ideas for other places to eat? I suspect most of the downtown places around McG's will be crowded because of the game.
Cossetta's?
                 Thanks CM!
Good job CM!
I love Cossetas. I think me and pops went there last year before the pre dig.
It will be crowded, but the place is pretty big, and people move through there pretty quick.

Get a Room !!!
That's alright, once the hunt starts, people will be talking about that instead and you won't need to worry about keeping up with the inside jokes.

If no one figures an answer out- do we just continue with a clue for the same park or end it and begin again with a new park
I will leave it up to you guys -but hurry-so I can announce the ANSWER
Well hurry up with the next clue so we can answer correctly ;)
