Thanks Tim

I should know College - it is my favorite park and the one I picked in Allison's pool.

ThoseMedallingKids

No thanks Ares. I'm sure they would do well, but we have our own ideas.

And Leelabell, I figured you would get it because you had it picked in the pool.

This little piggy stayed home, this little piggy did roam And if you use geometry as your form of math These two points will determine where you should comb If first you follow along their little piggy path.

In geometry, two points determine a line. What kind of line? Well when dealing with piggys, it must be a ham line (Hamline)

Maybe it's not the law, but it's good advice, ya Reading between the lines is often the right key Don't let what is there though put you in Bogata Let instead bookends be the rule to what you see

The bookends in this case refer to the first and last letter of each line which, when taken in order, spell out Marydale.

There will be no remorse if you stay on course, But don't think I'm trying to be directoral. You can't pass in this park without force, And don't mistake it for one that's electoral.

This is more or less a word association clue. There's an electoral college, and "course" and being able to "pass" also suggest a school.

Once upon a time in this little rhyme There was a man who always stood with legs spread. "If you put them together would it be a crime?" "I lean wide, a little problem of mine," he said.

"I lean wide a" is a homonym for "Eileen Weida"

If you want the pleasure of finding the treasure Then you're going to have to make use of your melon You can make the journey at your own leisure But you're going to need to seek the path of the felon.

The "path of the felon" is a "con way" (Conway)

If I could write those in an hour, then hopefully the PP can write some decent ones too.

Have the medallionators figured out which two get to go to Hawaii together, and who gets the groceries? That is, when you guys find it.

Fri, 01/17/2003 - 12:10 PM Permalink
me2

It would be Donnie and Jakey
I can see them now...hula skirts and fire walking pits

Crosby Farm will be my first shot at it.

So Me2...am I to assume I was incorrect???

And...if someone is correct...will you acknowledge it immediately or not until the answer is given after two clues.

Fri, 01/17/2003 - 12:20 PM Permalink
me2

I need to clarify- Mac Grov---...this is like the medhunt pool thread.

The first person to guess the park with out changing their answer will win. So say you change your answer and someone else posts it and they dont change their answer then they win

Fri, 01/17/2003 - 12:30 PM Permalink
me2

let me find the rules link on that.

also-If someone names the park after the first clue (like MedKids did in the first clue the first day) than he still has to wait til after the 2nd clue to see if he won- cause the answer is released at 3 pm.

If the answer is not given by 3 then 2 more clues will be given (note: that the next park for that evening will be null and only 1 park will be given that day instead of 2)

Tomorrow though- there will only be 2 clues cause I am going to the pre-hash bash

DID THAT MAKE SENSE- anyone wanna add to that?

Fri, 01/17/2003 - 12:34 PM Permalink
me2

So Me2...am I to assume I was incorrect???

Dont assume you were incorrect if you think thats the answer
IF someone has said the park then the answer will be revealed after clue #2 is given. otherwise you have until 3pm

Fri, 01/17/2003 - 12:37 PM Permalink
me2

ok-here it is... I hope I didn't confuse you :)

Same type of rules as the park pool- you can change your pick as many times as you want- but the person with the park picked first without changing there answer is the winner- so if you pick BC and then change to Harriet and someone else picks BC and the answer is BC then the the 'someone else' wins :) get it?
