There may be a variety of things that triple E might measure, but shoe size is the only one that comes to mind where it specifically measures width. Well, it's not just the measurement of the shoe, but the measurement of the foot as well. So possibly the width of a triple E is "one foot".
I hjave spent over an hour slooging from last night circa midnight - some real interesting takes - I do think that AW is usually pretty dead on in most of his level headed clue analysis!! I totally think that the only thing to do this far is to eliminate the parks that its not in!!
I do love some of the huge takes on last nights clue!!
Well, i'm checking back in. what's the easiest way to get to the Press from 7th? I may stop by to meet some of you folks. what time do you get there? 11:30? 11:00?
AW-I'm a '69 gal myself (no smirks or comments from the peanut gallery)....so I have to say you are not over the hill. I'm plannin' on going to the PP on Thurs nite. Hope to meet a bunch of you then.....
Actually JQsGal, the peanut gallery to make comments on 69 is out hunting I think.
Oriongirl, if you come down, you can take the way I take. I take Kellogg east, past cedar. Take the first left after it, which will be Minnesota. Take the next left (at the stop light). I don't know what street it is. Park on the right hand side of that block. Cedar is the street up ahead, just cross it and the PP will be on the right hand side.
just found out (while looking there) that the riverfront park across the river from PP (and yes you can see the dome clearly) is adopted by the US Marine Corps-(Tripoli song). Maybe not very significant?
Anybody recall a playground with a Mother Goose theme? It seems like I've seen one, but I can't remember where.
you gonna be at ma p's tonite, frosti?
Yeah, I think so. I've got class until 9:30.

Yeah, when he's down getting the clue.
Who is meeting with Trent tonight?

Because there isn't as much to respond to.

Just be sure to make it chocolate.
Thanks Nancy and Lisa.

We usually get there around 10:30 to 11:00. Are you coming from east 7th or west 7th?

west. i may not make it tonite for sure.. but i'd like to.
I suppose either way you'd just take 7th to Cedar and go south to 4th and then try and find a spot on the street to park.
If it's West 7th, then you would take a right turn on Cedar.

7th to cedar. got it. is there a special entrance? or meeting spot?
thanks for the directions! you guys rule.
There's usually a group of us right outside the main entrance on Cedar
Of course we rule. We're the cooler crew.
Except when we put on our black hats and become the Crueler Crew. Mwah ha ha ha ha ha ha
Don't forget the whips. Never forget the whips.
And the scolding hot heater isn't just to keep us warm, right?
That's to heat up our barbs, so they sting a bit more.
More to that first clue than meets the eye
