That would be a riot! Call Seven Corners Antiques. He has lots of unusual stuff like that relating to St. Paul. Floyd at West St. Paul antiques just has Winter Carnival stuff.
Looks like the antique shop I was thinking of is gone. That's the place they found a bunch of the Hi-Lex gnome costumes. He'd bought them when they disbanded and had most of them stored away.
Ok all I'm off to work I'll be out tonight and because it will not be found before I can get to the park again it just can't...That being said if one of you find it I'm ok with that. Good luck all stay warm its actually in the double digits today Eureka!
Oh and before I go does the third line sound funny to anyone else but me? It just DOES NOT sound right. Who finds the spring sounds like a questions now if it said He who finds the spring that would be different....I don't know it's the only damn noodle I've had all day and almost forgot to post it.
ice man sliding down the hill on a garbage can lid (the one i heard me2 fell flat on her butt with), and hockeypro taking a rest (no tates, i'm positive that isn't anything intoxicating he's got) after clearing out the smaller of the two brush piles.
This seems a stretch, but is it possible Clue #4 refers to 7th St? That's where the XCel is, where the convention takes places and hockey is played. Seems like a two-stepper though.
Or maybe collect a fee somehow means to take a sighting. Maybe if you're at a big tree and you can spot a spring from there, the treasure will be along that line not far from the weeds.
lol I would have disappointed if u wouldn't have said that.... is that... either that or maybe she was lauging because her woody was bigger than his woody??
All the more reason why you shouldn't try to drink and spell! I think that whomever responded that way is a perfect example of why greed is such a negative thing because it brings out the worst qualities in people.
I agree with the idea that if someone paid their way to these boards and want to take part of the conference call, more power to 'em. They've paid their fee and have the right.
This is the most clues I've had to slog through at lunchtime yet this year.
CM - Muff said? You are turning the screw. You'll be sorry!!
I have to say, overall the clues have been okay, but I miss the lining stuff up, being taken on a ride that starts big and slowly moves you to the puck. The past few years seem to be all park, park, park, park, pinpoint it. Not my favorite way.
Here's his apology. I think he want me to baby sit now!
"I owe you an apology, Sorry, very sorry. I shoud have known better, you have come thru for years. I need to find someone to pawn my 11 month old on so I can get back out their. My wife isn't home until 6pm, I need to get out there sooner. I don't understand how it was'nt found yet, every big tree in that park was dug around, I was out there until 230 AM"

psst. terry. that's because there's one more clue at lunchtime today than there was yesterday at lunchtime, which was one more clue than there was the day before at lunch time, etc.
Man, I've love to go for some spaghetti at Yarusso's. But I was up at 4:30 this morning with a queasy stomach. I've been drinking tea and Coca Cola is being delivered. I'm feeling a lot better now so I'll see.
assuming its not found we'll have three of us up there for dinner. not sure exactly when though; we've got some stuff going on tonight that we have to get taken care of.
What's this? The final hours, clock is ticking and you're talking about "dragging"? Pick yourself up and get a move on. There's plenty to do yet. It's right on the tip of your noodle!
Not to make fun of Maggie, but her timing of that post is priceless - just like Bluto Blutarsky, "WAS IT OVER WHEN THE GERMANS BOMBED PEARL HARBOR???!?!? HELL, NO!"
I'm home by 6 from work and plan to be out of the house by 6:30..
Are people meeting for dinner anywhere?
Need me at the paper?
Just let me know so I can pack the necessary items needed for where ever I end up...
yes, i know. god has a special place saved up for me in the 8th level of hell. i'll be the first occupant.
(Pulls the #3 Tab)
At the base of a big tree, collect a fee
It rests not far from the weeds
Who finds the spring will be able to sing
Eureka! And thanks to the Swedes
But that it could be a fake out
He went on to tell me that as he was coming into the park a man and woman were leaving all happy with smiles on their faces and holding hands.
He thought to himself "I wonder if they found it"
People don't always turn it in right away
Is there anyway we can confirm or not If it really has been found?
We have a bunch of Cooler heads at the park ... it just seems so
cruel to have them still dig for the sake of sore muscles and no
puck.

Horton hears a who?? :crying:
I feel its just a needle in a haystck and not sure if it will be found. Maybe 1st year to charity?
I'm right there with you.
Only a few hours to decide:
participator or spectator?

Some days its only been a few - including yesterday. This was a huge jump.
So who is going to Yarusso's for dinner? And what time? We might try to make that. It would be fun to hang out with everyone for a bit.
Good luck to anyone going out this afternoon. Daylight might prove lucky.

They need to get their act together down there.
Anyone know coolers that may be in the field? - time to call them in.
