So, what do we have thus far? A park with a dog park, a golf course, an impressive woods, and a natural water source nearby? Umm, does that even narrow it down that much?
Or it could be the river... moving water doesn't freeze as well as still water, maybe somewhere there is both... also fits with harbor
Having no fear may be like a cliff, or a thin ice sign....

Just popped in my head - for those of you thinking mounds... there is the Archery sign in the back woods, since you can't shoot there anymore, it is now safe.
There's not too many places where you can stand without seeing anything man made. That appears to be the "gist" of Clue 3.
Battle Creek (Maplewood) has a LOT of that kind of settings - and many impressive, LARGE trees. If you want to spin the safety angle - Ramsey County Workhouse (lockup) makes up the 'missing' southeast corner of Battle Creek park.
The Harbors at Harriet are called Upper and Lower and are run by the yacht club. I wish I could find a body of water, or part of a body of water named after a tree.
We were scouting around Marydale today. We weren't the only ones out there....
But there isn't a place in that park you wouldn't see something unnatural. Fishing pier, playground, picnic tables, asphalt walkways, the railroad, streets, houses, apartment buildings.
I think we're down to large parks with some woods that once inside, you don't see other unnatural things.
yeah I wasn't expecting it so early... I WAS expecting a Palin clue though if it were to be at Phalen, but I do think they could've had it be clue 5 or 6
Hard to figure that in a city park.
In this 'harbor' of impressive 'arbor'
Harbor meaning A place of shelter; a refuge.
Arbor referring to the mass qty of flora...
And voila! You have a conservatory!
Everything in it comes naturally
fear...
"The Only thing we have to fear is fear itself.."
FDR
anybody know any more details on this? I'm trying to see if it's a good tie-in

The frog pond is out.

I was there Sunday
I'ts impressive
But a shelter of trees and other vegetation.
Woods. Gotta be some woods.
Dang. I'm tired of hunting woods.
hehe
very rarely, I should say.

Unless something really smacks me upside the head pointing to an exact area.
Maybe its not as deep in the woods as we're thinking.
There has to be others... Not that you can't see it from the park, but form where the puck is hiding.
So where is there a boxwood hedge in a park?
