2005 RedBear's - all over the cities hunt

mostly ceramic type ones - but I do or did have one that was a motion detecting type. It croaked at anyone that went by. My sister was responsible for that one.

And now and again, we find a little live frog in the yard.

Am I the only one who thinks it is ironic that we are speaking of "croaking" in the crypt thread.... ok, now I really am running out of here! :smile:

and why was his post about his mom edited in the first place -that shoulda stayed so we all knew about her and what he's going through

FWIW, Redbear didn't delete it. He's the one who discovered it was missing.

Um, if you read #4 you'll remember that that is the one where he said it was going to be his last post.

I don't remember anything about his mom.

CM, there is a missing post. It started with, "Greetings from the wrong side of a hospital bed", and went on to say his mother had been diagnosed with cancer. The post you're referring to is his reaction to it being deleted and no one giving his condolences.

And by the way, the post that I made tonight about him being removed from coolertimes.com. has been edited also. It no longer mentions his removal. And since this discussion began, he's been put back up there. So if nothing else, he's back on coolertimes.

It looks to me like a sorry excuse to cover someone's bad decisions.

And I imagine this post will be deleted too. So I'm printing a copy of it.

heh, redbear decided it wasn't worth 10 dollars to post here when he clearly has the money. to me that's slapping the cooler crew in the face, that's fine if it's not worth it to you don't pay. but at the same time, don't expect us to sit there and cry about you leaving.

fwiw his last post was in the "things I enjoy" thread and I was the first to respond like 45 minutes after it was posted and it's the same now as it was back then.

This is the first I ever heard about this. Damn! WTF? Are there posts about that particular post being deleted? I'm lost on this one. I can't see any of the mods deleting or changing a post at all unless it's talked about first. Then it would be communicated to that person. Which has never happened as far as I know. I need to look back on this. I wondered why he left so fast.

As an FYI - I just checked and it shows both Nemo and Redbear as having host access in this thread along with the mods.

also I think if there was a post like that, it got deleted not edited because if you go to his profile thing here at ableminds his last post was jan 5th and thats the one I saw and has been the same for a while, before that was dec 29th not in the cooler, then dec 28th 2 posts that had nothing to do with cancer and I'm pretty sure I was there when he posted those 2 as well.

No wonder Redbear isn't here. I don't understand why anyone would delete, edit, other's posts....especially about something that is so important to someone.

I'm deeply disappointed, to say the least, that something like that would happen.

Even if someone doesn't like someone else, that is just way beyond what human beings should be doing to others.

Bear's deleted post was in the Things That Irritate me thread the day before his last post. Or two days at the most, if that helps. I was mistaken that it was in the Things I Enjoy thread.

honestly, i recall seeing bear's post about it too, bud damned if i can find it now, or anything that's been deleted that's attributed to him.

however, there's still the lingering issue of who edited ot's original post about his profile being removed from coolertimes.

I honestly don't think any of us edited anything JT. We've all been around and have had access to things like that for too long to know the outs of doing something like that. You never came to my mind. I was just posting who had host access.

it had to be someone with host power; non-hosts can oly edit within 30 minutes of the post.

I think somebody is having fun with the mods. I'll bet there was no malicious deleting or editing.
