The park was given early last year, and how many people were still running around at clue 10 saying that the anagram was the "false advice"

Things that make you go ...Hmmmmm

wolfpac.  To answer your question.  BATS are the letters that are capitalized in clue #2 unscrambled.

Do you think the new medallion would be thin enough for a cd case? Or maybe it's "stuck" to it.

But ...In keeping with Medallion Hunt tradition, I get to repair my snowblower again. (member last year?)
At least this time I don't need to go to the hardware store & have someone tell me if "my husband has any trouble installing the part, to have him bring it in" Argh.

Zephy- I'm crushed! Why did you let Scribe stick her tongue in your ear?
I thought we had something special..
Were you just a party whore?

I haven't been to check out Highland yet; are parts of the park still under construction? I think it's interesting that the rules tell us to specifically stay away from any construction sites...

Thanks OT!  And for 3M, when I was a kid The "East Twins" Babe Ruth league played at the ball field that used to be at Beaver and we used bats.

The SnowJester thought that White Christmas was pointing to Crosby. I don't know that park at all. I was also thinking that the "may while away time" might be something significant. I was trying to rearrange the words and maybe it points to something about taking a vacation "time while away?" I don't know, it seems that this might be too easy. How could they let us know this much so soon?

Crosby is an interesting park. It is large and confusing. John and I got lost walking around there this summer. (I know it seems impossible, but once you get in the woods there, it is hard to figure out where you are).

I had a bonfire for my singles club at Crosby in September I think and this homeless guy crashed the party. He was ok actually, but he said he actually lived in the park and so did others, and I believe him. He said he was in the 101st Airborne or something like that and had been trained to survive in any climate. And as we were walking through Crosby in October, we went through the woods and found several places where it looked like people had made shelters. So you'd never be alone in Crosby. I still don't think it will be there though. There's just nothing to write clues about there and I can't believe they would have used up so many potential clue items already.

I'm thinking it's at Phalen again this year. What other park has as much frozen water, and as many trails, as Phalen?

I'm sure they drain the pools and waterparks in the winter so technically there wouldn't be any ice there. Based on the way they contrast the presence of ice with the lack of snow, I wonder if they're not implying that the ice in the park is quite prominent. What do the falls in Hidden Falls look like in the winter?
