Drove up north late Saturday night, through some bad storms but it was much cooler, Sunday was nice, Monday was warmer and a little humid, but not unbearable.
Got a little work done, and some relaxing, but were denied internet access :(!!!!

occasionally, we manage to get some work done. for instance right now, i'm up to my arse writing design documentation. i need a sign on my door that says "i'd rather be coding".

Not much to tell, really. Just your basic camping trip. Swimming, rain, boating, ice cream, hot dogs, sleeping bags. The usual. It was great fun though.

Ah yes...the camping, raining, muddy, hot dogs, s'mores over a campfire...more rain, swimming, fishing....it's all fun.
We had a pop-up camper for many years. Always the day after we got there (wherever there was) it would get cloudy, rainy or cold - or all three.
We camped for 4 days just outside of Duluth one time in the mud, rain and wind. Middle of July and thought we'd freeze.
The kids always enjoyed the camping but could never figure out why it was always raining when we did.

yes dear. i'm sorry dear. i forgot about that.
as for what i'm drinking. same thing as always (when i'm not drinking my diet coke): one bottle smirnoff ice, one shot raspberry schnapps, mixed. maybe two shots worth depending on how much i drank down before topping it off with the schnapps.
