Well, there's a city sign that if you're going one direction says Mendota Heights; but if you turn around so you're facing the park, that's where the Cap sign is....

there is a shelter up towards the top of the hill, it's not much of one though..it doesn't have any sides

True JQ. Not much room to move at that sign in Cherokee. Plus you risk stepping out of Ramsey County.
