I was there with RudeRat on Saturday, we did not see it either. The beacon was all Blown Apart, it was dark, I was wearing sunglasses, had half a pack of smokes and was on a mission!

Looking at the trail maps on Bing does not seem very accurate to me. The Compost area is at the end of Hudson Rd and the trail into PP on the N side of the tracks does not look right to me. I walked that exact section of the trail in PP today.

The thought occurred to me that the FOWL ball line at CPP might be a clue......perhaps. Even though I know most of the clues line up to TSP, the CW has only referenced things in the park or near it. CPP is still in it for me...

I had it on clue day-but that was in my "Highland" phase. Triple Score (crown) sugar is sweet Pearson's obscure reference.

How's the parking situation? My Dad and I are heading out in a few minutes. Hopefully, that Sheriff's decision to open the gate of the main parking lot has brought some relief for tonight.

My husband is utterly convinced that it has to do with the baseball fields, but I have my own area I think it's in.

Parking lot to the north is now open. I was last there at about 4 pm and there was also plenty of parking at the boat landing.

It wasnt bad when we left an hr1/2 ago, that sheriff did seem to help, and not hard to find on street parking.

Agree with the odor stuff, compost, swamps and sewers. Think outside the box was also mentioned.

I saw a lady digging all the leaves in the compost pile...she's probably still there if she intended to dig through all of them :ooh: :eek:

Why is everyone obsessed with smell? It's just there for the anagram.

Can one get to that area from PP?

You are prob. right. However, I think the CW has used double meanings before so even though EA trail is the anagram, it still could have another meaning....perhaps.

Well I was hoping this clue would narrow it down, but everyone I talk to has their own idea of how far aback they need to dig.

I did check out the north part (n of E2), there are a few things I like there, but they mostly fit the earlier clues. I'm going to stick with my original plan for tonight. I just can't ignore TRACK being mentioned twice.

After examining the SuperGrid over at Treasure Hunt Headquarters, I suspect that tonight's clue will very likely give us the name of the park and tomorrow's clue will narrow us down to the site location.

That being said, tonight will either be a total No brainer - like -"What kind of beer does Tony like?" Or, tonight's clue will go down in infamy as one of the most shocking twists in the last decade or so....that is....of course.....if we are all in the wrong park.

I suppose you could go over the tracks and down and then walk across the marsh (although the hill is steep).

I parked at the compost site today and walked over the marsh to EA trail.

If they pull that again, I wonder how many would even leave TSP.

It was really fun to bump into you in the park today, Becksie! I was hoping to meet out at whatever location... but it isn't going to happen. My husband is out of town until tomorrow evening and my 13 year old is a bit creeped out by being home alone late at night.... :frown:

And if we ARE all at the wrong park.....and I don't think we are, BUT if the puck is not at TSP or CPP, I think it logical that perhaps it is hiding in a VERY SMALL PARK and will be relatively easy to find....once a few hundred crazed hunters show up.

I,for one, may be ready to move, if need be.

Where's the Library that's not a library? One of the buildings in the main Tony Schmidt Park area? I haven't been to the park yet, so I'm going by google maps
