Discuss the hunt here

Nobody will go out Thanksgiving evening.  We'll all be too tired from the tryptophan in the turkey.

I would read Bear's rules but I am far too busy putting his phone number on speed dial for the hunt ;)

How about a pre-dig for me?

Saturday Night, about 7 - at the Liffey in St. Paul.  I'll pass out clue 3 then all who are in, signify by saying "aye".

to this be sure: a Saint Paul park

Something for chesty, the bear's big fan

I didn't get a wedding gift for her and the New man

Clean laundry, true love, the shape of her heart

3 plane truths are the best place to start

I'm checking them out Red.  Too hung over to use all 50% of my brain.  Nothing concrete is jumping out at me yet though.

He's like me, he likes showing the belly.

--Tomorrow, I'm going to the liffey at 7 so if you want the clue you've got to meet me there and possibly buy me a beer or three.

There's a holiday inn across from the excel on w. 7th street, the liffey is the bar in the holiday inn.  They make deep fried brie and serve it with little mandarin oranges.

7 tonight

I guess everyone is down whooping it up with the DiscoBear..

clue #3

It’s right, it’s left – all over asunder

To look wrong a colossal blunder

Something to see – if you look ‘round

Annas and grams they all abound

The sights you can’t see astound

you might call in sick? not if its in a big park. - I thought Mounds first with clue 2 and 4-yes, I saw the como thing- but I don't buy it. also cherokee or highland

Sun, 11/28/2004 - 7:05 PM Permalink
me2

I won't rule Como out though- I have been learning about that park -so if this hunt leads there than it will make for good practice ;p

Sun, 11/28/2004 - 7:11 PM Permalink

carriages crossing would be Buelah Lane

3 plane truths and weddings are circles of faithfulness-wedding rings 3 RINGS -
but 3 PLANES instead of PLAINS - 3 runways at an airport?

I dont know what Newman would be there (maybe a name of a man who donated something there)

But the colossal blunder could be that the Como idea is the big blunder and its somewhere else OR colossal means HUGE which could mean look for a HUGE park = COMO

clue 2  - chesty -Mounds

Newman = Paul / Seinfeld newman guy

clean laundry/bear = Snuggle fabric softner

laundry=piece of clothing "love-heart" = cross my heart bra

Bear- Chicago Bears

3 plane = Triplane or Trip Lane or Trioplane Tresplane

plane truths? anyone fly planes? lets seee.... don't crash, don't look down and don't drink while flying.

love honour and obey or love cherish and faithfulness - oh a place to get married at como is either at the conservatory or where people get photos taken at the steps with the white wooden arbor with the bird bath.

The shape of her heart is the shape of a fist or a rolling pin?

1963
C.S. Lewis died on Friday, November 22

Lewis died the same day as John Kennedy but his death was overshadowed by Kennedy's even though Lewis arguably was a greater influence on the development of the 20th century.
