Try to think positive J. But today was definitely a mess to say the least. What little credit I was giving to the SPPD was erased with how they handled this whole thing. Rather embarrassing I'd say.
I think you need to be logged into Pi Press for that link to work. Some of thos Pi Press links must change during the same day - drives me nuts how fast those links go dead. Isn't it supposed to forward you back to a login page? I just get a dead link message.
(After I logged into Pi press the link worked fine)
forget about the snow part -- I guess I just think of the whole idea of going to a gym rather than tossing a controller around my living room seems more normal and social then well - tossing a controller around my living room..
you guys are making me laugh. lol. I still have my atari 2600 and have yet to upgrade.. so I'll catch up with you in maybe 30 years on that one.
enjoy: A friend of mine asking me to be her bridesmaid. Normally, I would either say no (I don't do weddings) well, actually - ya,. I'd say no. But I have 3 people in my whole world I'd accept for and she is one of them. Oddly one of the other 2 is also in the wedding. Plus her email asking us - cracked me up... (see below)
Hello, my favorite females. I am sending this email to forewarn you all that you're on my list to be bridesmaids. And although I know Christmas is going to be disappointed, there will be a distinct lack of pastel satin in your futures, despite this assignment. I've come the the conclusion that I don't want you wasting your hard-earned cash on such nonsense, wherever it might me located on a monstroso-meter. If you feel an uncontrollable urge to part with another couple hundred dollars to celebrate this blessed event, I'll let you know where we're registered as soon as that happens.
At any rate, I'm letting you off the hook & opting for the LBD of your choice. You can thank Kait when you meet her (that's Judd's sis, btw), because I'm blatantly stealing this look from her wedding. Sunny, please don't think this means you have to wear something that's already in your closet ( ... like you would.)
I have no idea which one of you I'll stick with being Maid of Honor (and gosh, how excited am I to even be thinking about this stuff) -- I'll let you know when we've found a location & see who needs the extra hassle in her life the most at that time. However, if you don't think that this is the thing for you because a) you're just too busy, b) you never liked me any way, or c) you're pissed about the No Chiffon policy, please let me know. I promise not to hold a grudge. But I do know where all of you live.
For the record, I've never spent an hour imagining my wedding day, and after a single night of perusing websites + a few magazines on loan from my upstairs neighbor, I'm already queasy. And you have my absolute permission to quote me on that if you see even a hint of Bridezilla behavior.
No. I got to the No St Paul store around 7:40. I just missed not getting them. There were only 6-10 CD's left when I got mine. My friends behind me didn't get theirs  I sold one of mine to one of them and will burn copies for the others. :sheepish:
having a couple of friends who can put sh*t into perspective for me.... seeing some things and some people for who/what they are.... and what they mean and/or possibly even, used to mean to me.... knowing kind of - what needs to be done..... maybe
I think "sh*t" happening in our lives, also re-writes our address books, usually for the better.
It is not easy, and sometimes it doesn't happen all at once.
But I think of it like weeding my gardens - pulling the weeds is hard work, but the gardens are all the more beautiful for the room the flowers now have to grow!
One of the friends I spoke with about things compared it to dealing with a form of cancer....
I dunno If i woulda gone that far - I like the garden approach better - but it made sense....
Im just glad that I gotta couple of people who have known me long enough, and the entire situation well enough, to know how to get thru my rock hard skull, in order to make some sense, and shed some light....
I think it worked out the other way around as well, because they needed to hear a few things that they were unsure of, too....
Booking a holiday cruise vacation.....spending New years eve day on the beach in Tortola and having a gala new years eve party on the ship

Enjoy - a kick ass win in my outdoor game last night, it was freezing cold, and we still won.
Although it was my last outdoor game for the season, I've finally figured out the logistics and differences in style of play between Indoor and outdoor.
