That just sounds so clinical.......and stuff.

"When two people love each other very much they want to be close, yada yada, yada....." Isn't that how it goes?

Dear Kitch,

If I have vacation time left and request time off is it legal for my boss to tell me I can have the time off but with no pay since it's near the holidays and she is already paying out to much in holiday pay and can't afford to pay me my vacation time on top of it?

Sincerely yours,

LA Mommy

what is the difference between a netbook and a notebook?

I'm finding no differences.

they both just don't have cd drives like a laptop.

Notebooks and laptops are the same. Netbooks are smaller, lighter, cheaper, but generally have lesser specs than a notebook/laptop.

Dear Kitch or anyone else who can answer:

Is there any way to find out if there were any traffic incidents/accident on I-94 or surrounding areas, between Moorhead and Alexandria (most likely southeast of Fergus Falls), on or before 12/7/2009, which may have resulted in a dog being lost?

If it was along the interstate, you could contact the state patrol. Otherwise you could contact the county sherrif depts. That would most likely be the best way and I would start with the state patrol. My uncle is retired or I'd just ask him to look for ya.

anyone here a JW or know?

speaking of....

Was there anyone in history besides Jesus who was "BORN A KING"?

How does one be born a king instead of a prince?

I guess unless the King dies before the baby is born? has that happened?

FYI: Both CM and my question are real questions

while i can't answer the question as to whether anyone has ever been born a king, the matter of what would happen should a king die prior to the birth of his offspring would be settled by laws of succession. typically (universally??), the line of succession is unchanged up until the baby is actually born. under british law, the succession is controlled by the act of settlement 1701, imported to scotland through the acts of union 1707 (the english (and welsh) and scottish crowns sat upon the same head since 1603 when elizabeth i died without children and the english crown passed to james vi of scotland who became james i of great britain), to ireland by the act of union 1800, and extended to the other 15 commonwealth nations (antigua and barbuda, australia, the bahamas, barbados, belize, canada, grenada, jamaica, new zealand, papua new guinea, st. kitts and nevis, st. lucia, st. vincent and the grenadines, the solomon islands, and tuvalu) by the statute of westminster 1931, amended by his majesty's declaration of abdication act 1936. ireland backed out in 1922.

using the principles of male-preference first-born (i.e., any male children take precedence over any female children), the most senior protestant heir of the electress sophia of hanover who had not married a roman catholic. since (legitimate) children take the place of their deceased parent in the line of succession. when, at some point in the future, william ascends the throne, should he marry and his wife become pregnant, and william were to die before the baby was born, harry would inherit the throne. once the baby was born, it would be the first in line, before harry's children.

I used to work with a ton of JW's this is simple

According to JWs, the 144,000 will be ruling with Jesus in heaven. Everyone else will be living on a paradise earth for eternity. They don't believe in hell. The people who don't follow their religious beliefs will be destroyed at Armageddon.

so the "best" 144,000 (the people who did the most good deeds)?

It would suck to have only done enough good deeds to become 144,001!

The first 144,000 to believe?

how are the 144,000 chosen?

Kitch,

What are the laws regarding earnest money put down on property offers and the interst on that money? The offer was cancelled to due seller issues. Who pays the interest on that money? Who receives that interest?

Thank you!
