Green, I have to agree with you and I am a first time hunter but me not knowing a lot do get upset with the people who don't go back and read or who don't do a little work for themselves.

The fourth precinct is at Highland of course, but the rest is a little weak for the current clue writer. Not their style. You need to go a little deeper with this one!!!!

I don't believe it's been brought up before, but could the 9-5-4 reference landmarks referred to in the clues using a clock.

That one still puzzles me.

I do like the KS95 idea also.

the 94.5 is what the medallion is attached to... either a button or ect.. something to do with radio station .. there are the sponsers...the park has not been revealed .. iconoclast is the key clue.. figure that out and you found it..the park is in that clue somehow.. I m not ruling out New well.. I was there today... search for a few hours with about 25 other people.. it was dugg up very well...thats why I dont fell it is there..otherwise it would have been found...

At this point I think were going to be 5 for 8!!! We don't have either ranked one or two, but have not ruled either out!!

Anyone think of MN History Center? It is a fairly new building.

Digging up Indian Mounds would be a very bad idea! But I thought of it too.

OK, Green is the Voice of Reason, and is right-on-the-money.

I'm going to be the Voice of Sarcasm. BP, you're absolutley right. You bring the backhoe, I'll meet you at Mounds Park.

Hi: Here are my Ideas: 9-5 perhaps the work hours of the police station in highland park. Numbers on the frisbee golf course nearby. Iconoclast, perhaps referring to St. Paul himself, looking for a religious figure that you have to break to get the mediallion??

I am thinking that maybe the references to the 9 and 5 and 4 are maybe pointing to clues # 9, #5 and #4 and that we will have to hold onto our fannies and wait to see what these three clues have in common. I guess we will see tonight if clue #5 is a bit like #4 and so forth.

Yeesh. If we can't lock in the vicinity by clue #9, I'll just come back Monday. I'm not saying you are, but man I hope you're wrong

Question to the Veterans

Do the clues this year really seem to be narrowing things down logically?

Well, across from the Armory building was an important biblical passage. It had some numerical references.

Phil, we're all Newbies - once. I was last year.

Ittiz hard for adults (such as me) to take what izz posted during the day when I'm at work and lurking.

But in all fairness, anyone is entitled to their lethargy and laziness. As I'm entitled to ignoring those that are such.

However... <g> I'm entitled to ignoring them, and/or to letting them know *why* they're being ignored.

We call can handle quite a bit here. But rudeness, meaness, cruelty, inappropriate language... And DUMB, REDUNDANT questions are not tolerated!!!

Now, a "dumb"* question - obviously from someone that's never done this, is answered RITE AWAY. Because there are NO dumb questions on how to do something, why is something this way, "I'm getting what you're saying, I HEARD IT, but ittiz not impacting -AAAaaaaafvc what did you mean *again*???"; "green, Huh? I don't understand that..."

These are never "dumb" questions. Ever.

Well, you get my drift.

We're all in this together. Else we'd not gravitate here. So! Lettuce be nice to all of us!

Got it? Good! <g>

How does iconoclast relate to Newell Park...tried a search to see if this had been discussed, but couldn't find anything.

went by merriam park and noticed the street moore.dosent a guy named moore have any thing to do with iconoclast(police).i also went up to the community center and the hours there on thurs were 9:00 to 5:00 and wed till 4:00. that might have some thing to do with the numbers.

Not exactly - But don't think it is of importance. The biblical passage was Matthew 5:9. If that helps. But leaving for now.

Hello everyone again, we are taking the kids to go digging for an hour.. Last night someone metioned that they thought the iconclast may refer to Jesse, how I can't remember, but do you think that iconclast could mean that the medallion is attached to a Jesse doll? that probably sounds really stupid, but how many time have you walked by a toy, and though nothing of it?

LEFT OFF HERE

I TOLD YOU, MJ!!! ABOUT THE LANGAUGE!!!

I may look stupid and am totally clueless and in the dark, and math may NOT be my forte, however....!!!

DUH!!!

Keep it clean, and we keep going!!!

LETTUCE GO!!!

MedallionStallion

Stallion here, I have it pretty well knocked down to either highland or battle creek, my guess is that the medalion is hidden in an empty case of "Predator" the movie. I'd bet quite a bit of money that that's what we're looking for, the question- of course- is WHERE? And as for the clues, no harder or easier, or wierder, than last year. It just seems that way since we're all a bit miffed right now . . .

If the Med is in a Predator box (good call Stallion), then the iconoclast isn't pointing to a park

We think Steve may be right...the fourth clue is too early to give away the name of the park.
