I go 6 months wwwonderfully, I get blamed for 2 things while trying to help someone last week..... I did do something on accident now and now it makes it all look worse..... wanna know what I did/or didn't do?

I was asked to send an e-mail off the the Route Supervisors, District Managers ..... I have a new computer, so I don't have everyone typed in to my e-mail yet. So I went back in to an e-mail from a month ago and highlighted and copied the list (or so I thought). Unbeknownth to me, I only copied the top row of names and cc'd in 2 of the bosses . ...... My bosses boss reads the e-mail and says something to me about not having all the names. I just tell her that I was sorry and that I would take care of it. She turns around at her desk and types in the missing names and forwards the email to them and leaves it at that. A few days later I get called in to my bosses office. She asks me "who are the managers". puzzled, I ask if she means out in the field or here in the office? I didn't get it. The answer? The Route Supervisors and the District Managers. Okay, yes, I know those. What was she getting at you ask? Her boss literally reemed her (and rubbed it in a couple of times this week-making my boss repeat the names of the Route Supervisors and Managers!!!!!!) and told her that I SAID that I DID NOT KNOW WHO OUR Management Team was and thats why the e-mail didn't get sent to the ALL of the guys. WHA!!!!!??????? I NEVER SAID I DIDN'T KNOW!

Basically any LITTLE thing, even as much as not getting an e-mail out to someone is a death sentence around here. My bosses boss is a perfectionist - takes rulers to every spreadsheet row. A good gag gift for her would be a 'fine tooth comb'.

I sent both e-mails to my boss to prove what I had done. It was obvious that I wouldn't have said I didn't know. The whole bigger point was her boss makes things up and makes things harder for my boss just to be able to have someone to blame for things and be mean to her. its wierd.

I do feel for my boss and I said I was sorry for getting her in trouble.

Sounds like they may need some de-lice shampoo for the bug up their ____ to go along with that fine-toothed comb.

I have a bottle of Crocodil Herbal Bug Discouragement ....(but any bug spray might do)......when people in the office start to bug me I take a sniff of the herbal concotion ...and it remeinds me "BUG OFF!" :goofy: ...it works!

Good: Cluey is better, My friend's breast cancer was caught early and is doing good and my other co-worker's cancer surgery is over and they got it all..

Bad; Found out my mom has a cancerous (melanoma) cell and has surgery next week - my good friend was to take her radiation pill tomorrow as a safety measure after removing her cancerous thyroid, but is on hold for something they found in a post-op check - a longtime good Scouting friend, who I just saw last Thursday - died yesterday from cancer AND TO TOP IT OFF... just got an email that my friend who is pregnant was rushed to the hospital this morning and they are going to try and keep the baby in until Saturday, but will need to take it... 13 weeks early and it is not looking good...

OH - did I mention that I am in the middle of planning our biggest event at work - a cocktail reception for 200 people next Wednesday!
