heh. I'm laughing KC - sorry.. I'm one of those impatient people. I just came here to post almost the opposite complaint of:

I drop everything to help someone when they need it. why when I call to return the favor does it take them forever to get back to helping me.

Oh I never expect people to come when I call them. In fact, usually the first words outta my mouth is "if you're not busy" or "when you have a spare moment".

I take two minutes, yes, I counted, 2 minutes, to look out a window at work, just to relax, for 2 minutes, and the boss walks by and gives me stuff to do, because obviously I'm slacking.

Need I remind him that the smokers take breaks on the hour to go outside for a smoke? need I remind him... oh for cryin out loud...

The IGH hunt starts tomorrow with 5 clues/day just like normal.

They said that is was missed on-line and in their original fliers and newspaper add but it is in some little updated flier just handed out to merchants.

It looks like we'll have a better chance then normal since nobody will really know about it then. Who Hoo!!

Unfortunately I have a early morning meeting so I can't get the 1st set of clues until after work.

heh, I can't even remember the last time I took a break, period.

breaks are usually the time I leave the office at night till the time I return the next morning.

No offense to smokers, but they do seem to get preferential treatment when it comes to breaks.

"I'm gonna go have a smoke" gives ya some purpose "I'm gonna step outside" leads to stupid questions like "why?". I'd say something to the effect of "because you just took ANOTHER 15 minute break to go smoke", but that just leads to more arguements, etc.

So I just keep working. Usually at the end of the day my eyes are glazed over a bit.

2 minutes... I swear, I need a tshirt with a footprint on the back and the words "2 minutes" on the front.

Wonder if my family would let me have this on my tombstone?
